Villa Lecceta is a beautiful villa in Tuscany divided into five large apartments. In total, the villa can accommodate 29 people. Apartments can also be rented separately. Villa Lecceta is located in the middle of  vineyards in central Tuscany, 30 min from the airport in Pisa. The apartments are modern, well equipped and have AC. A bakery truck arrives every morning at the apartments (high season, except Sundays) with freshly baked goods.

Villa Lecceta has a large swimming pool (15 x 7.5 meters, with a depth of 1.20 – 2.60 meters) surrounded by a panoramic terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture. The pool is open from 1 May to 30 September. On the large property there is also a tennis court.

Villa Lecceta is owned by a larger vineyard. In total, the farm has 3 large villas with apartments. They produce wine and guests can visit the vineyard and the antique wine cellar. Activities such as cooking, cooking classes, wine tasting, Italian courses and sightseeing can be organized. Short distance by car to restaurants.

136 sqm. The apartment is located on the ground floor (suitable for disabled). Contains spacious dining room, living room with TV set, stereo hi-fi, telephone and fax, internet / ADSL, kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms: A double room, bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds, with WC, and a double room with private bathroom with tub and shower. All rooms have direct access to the garden.

Il Pino (4)

130 sqm. Small annex that stands for itself on the property. Goes over two floors. This is a very nice little house that was completely renovated in 2006. The ground floor contains spacious living room with TV-Sat, stereo Hi-Fi, DVD player, telephone and fax, internet, dining room with direct access to charming garden terrace with table and chairs, well equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The second floor contains a double room and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

Il Tiglio (5)

140 sqm. The apartment is on the second floor + attic. Spacious dining room – living room with TV-satellite, stereo hi-fi, telephone and fax, internet / ADSL, kitchen. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, a double room with bathroom with shower and a double room with bathroom with bath / shower. The loft has a single bed and a private bathroom with shower.

La Quercia (6)

133 sqm. The apartment is located on the ground floor (suitable for the disabled). Contains spacious dining room – living room with open fireplace and TV set, stereo hi-fi, telephone and fax, internet / ADSL, kitchen. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a double room with bathroom with tub, a double room with bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two single beds. Furthermore, you will find a WC, and a bathroom with shower. All rooms have direct access to the garden.

La Sequoia (6)

147 sqm. The apartment is on the second floor. Private exterior stairs in terracotta lead to the apartment which contains spacious dining room – living room with TV-satellite, stereo hi-fi, telephone and fax, internet / ADSL, kitchen. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a double room with bathroom with shower, a double room with bathroom with tub, a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with tub and shower.

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Rental Saturday – Saturday. Ask for prices for shorter stays excluding July and August.

Included in the price are water, gas, electricity, use of washer and dryer, TV, weekly linen change for stays over a week and WIFI.
AC and heating are included in the price.

Pets allowed: € 5.00 per day.
Rental of pool towels: € 5.00 per week.

Possibility for extra bed € 50.00 per week and cot + high chair for € 16.00 per stay.
A security deposit of € 300.00 must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred.
When booking, 30% of the accomodation total must be paid.
The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.
