Villa Camigliano with room for 16 + 4 guests is in Tuscany, in popular Lucca. 10 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, air conditioning and TV. High level of service. It is possible to rent half the villa, for 10 guests. Free buffet dinner on arrival day – (wines included) when renting for a week! Walking distance to charming winery where you can buy and taste local wine.
Villa Camigliano is a very charming, newly restored villa about 8 km from the historic center of Lucca. The villa can be rented as a unit with space for 16 + 4 guests, or as two independent living units. Vertically divided with two identical units with independent kitchen, living room, and 5 bedrooms. When the interior doors are open, the villa is experienced as large and spacious. Nicely decorated and has a typical Tuscan kitchen, PC with ADSL, DVD, TV in all bedrooms, music system and air conditioning. The bedrooms at Villa Camigliano have a hotel standard, with comfortable beds.
Outdoor areas
The outdoor area by the villa is organized according to needs and number of guests. If the villa is rented as two separate units, each apartment will have its secluded patio. If the villa is rented as a unit, large ceramic pots with trees are removed where a central table is placed. Naturally connected to the house are two gazebos with tables and chairs, for seating in the shade. On the property there is also an outdoor “exercise room”. On a level lower than the house, is the large and inviting swimming pool (12x6m, depth 1.40m) surrounded by sun loungers. Pool is open from May to the end of October. Villa Camigliano. which is originally from the 15th century, is located in the countryside among grapes, olive groves and citrus trees.
The owners, who live 1 km away, take pride in making sure that guests have the best possible stay. Here you can feel the Italian hospitality. Guests are offered a free welcome dinner.
Location
The property is located by itself, without public access. The nearest village is 1 km away, with local supermarket, bar and baker. Walking distance to a local winery that sells red and white wine as well as olive oil.
Lucca is a beautiful old town surrounded by a 4.2 km long city wall. Here, local small shops are close together in narrow cobbled streets. The city has a bustling cultural life, 99 churches and beautiful piazzas. Lucca is a great base from which to explore Tuscany. From here you have a short distance to beaches, Florence, Pisa (40min), Chianti or San Gimignano. Distances: Seaside 40 min, Lucca 15 min, Florence 1 hour, Siena 1 h 50 min, Chianti 1 h 30 min.
About the villa
Entire Villa Camigliano (20 pers) or apartment Ada (10) and apartment Michele (10) Villa Camigliano is a large and beautiful house that can be divided into two large apartments – Ada and Michele. If you rent the whole house, there are extra large common rooms / living rooms. Each of the apartments have 5 double rooms with private bathroom and air conditioning, nicely furnished living room, dining room, media room with ADSL, PC, TV, DVD and stereo, fully equipped Tuscan tiled kitchen with among other things, dishwasher, microwave, juicer and coffee machine, additional bathroom on the ground floor suitable for the disabled, open fireplace. There is mosquito netting in the windows of the bedrooms. Outdoor gym with TV and stereo, as well as a table tennis table and a playground for young children. The owners offer free medical care if needed. The house has been recently very tastefully restored.

Free welcome dinner for rentals of one week. The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Weekly rentals only in June, July and August.
Bed linen and towels are included and changed weekly.
Free welcome dinner as well as laundry Monday and Wednesday are included in the price.
A supplement is paid for any use of AC and electricity for heating, heating is normally only required for rent for the period before May or from the end of September.
Possibility to insert cot with bed linen for a supplement of € 40.00 per week.
A security deposit of € 1000.00 must be paid on arrival for each of the two apartments. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred. When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.
