Villa Torre is an elegant villa with a high standard and can accommodate 12 people. The villa has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. Large private pool and stunning views over the Val d’Elsa with rolling green hills, cypresses and olive groves. The pool measures 12×6 depth 1-1.4m. Several rooms in the villa have large windows so that the view can be enjoyed to the maximum around the clock. The villa has several terraces with tables and chairs where meals can be enjoyed outdoors. From the villa there is a gravel path (20m) down to the large pool. In the evening, this trail is lit. By the pool one is secluded and you can enjoy privacy. The villa has WIFI.

Walking distance to the small village with a couple of restaurants, groceries, local bar and of course a church. It’s great to start the day with a morning walk to the country store, and stop for a cappuccino at the bar. In Italy, bar and café are the same. About the villa

270 sqm. 3 floors. The villa has six double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed that can be converted into two single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Several of the bedrooms have access to the terrace. There is a barbecue available.

Ground floor: Two large bedrooms with bathrooms. The bedrooms have access to the terrace.

Second floor: Entrance main door. Kitchen, dining room and living room. Large glass doors to the terrace. 3 bedrooms with bathroom.

Third floor / tower: Large bedroom with bathroom. Exit to the terrace.

The interior is elegant and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Hob, oven, and refrigerator with freezer. Dishwasher. The villa has a washing machine.

The prices above are per week and in euros. Bookings are for Sat to Sat in high season.
Bed linen, towels and WIFI are included in the price.

A security deposit of € 800.00 must be paid on arrival. The security deposit will be returned on departure if no significant damage has occurred.
When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid.
The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.
