Apartments by Lake Garda

If you want to stay around Lake Garda then Residence Sirmione is a wonderful choice. Here you live centrally in large and bright two- and three-room apartments. The apartments have fully equipped kitchens, AC, Wi-Fi, and share a large pool. Apartment has either a private balcony or patio on the ground floor. With a garden and nice common areas, this is a lovely place for both families and couples. In high season you have the option to check-in / check-out Wednesdays and Saturdays.

The residence is a short walk from Lake Garda (450 meters). The center of the small town of Lugana di Sirmione is 750 meters away. Here you live close to the famous peninsula Sirmione which is a favorite tourist destination. In summer it can be quite busy in the area by this peninsula, and we recommend arriving with one of the ferries. Residence Sirmione is located midway between the two pleasant towns of Desenzano and Peschiera. In both of these charming Italian cities there is a good selection of shops and good restaurants.

Location

Travel around Lake Garda and visit cities such as Garda, where you will find the amusement park Gardaland, Riva in the far north, and Limone. In Malcesine (1 h 50 min) you can take the cable car “Monte Baldo” up the mountain, and get a spectacular view over Lake Garda. Here there is a nice cafe, and opportunities for hiking in the mountains both on foot and by bike. By train you can reach several exciting cities such as Venice (2 hours one way). We definitely recommend a visit to Verona (45 min). Experience a concert in the Arena di Verona.

In Desenzano there is a train station, and you can easily get to both Verona and Venice. Bergamo Airport 55 min. Milan Airport (Linate) 1 h 15 min. Milan Airport (Malpensa) 1 h 40 min. Bologna Airport 1 h 35 min.

About the apartments

Intimate (3-4):

Lovely two-room apartment of 40 square meters on the second floor with room for 3-4 people. With either a double bed or two single beds, a sofa bed that sleeps two, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a balcony with table and chairs.

Comfort (4):

Nice and spacious two-room apartment of 60 square meters on the ground floor with room for 4 people. With either a double bed or two single beds, a sofa bed that sleeps two, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a balcony with table and chairs.

Superior (4-5):

Large and bright two-room apartment of 70 square meters on the second floor with space for 4-5 people. With either a double bed or two single beds, a sofa bed that sleeps two, and a chair that can be converted into a single bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower and balcony with table and chairs.

Trilo (6):

Large three-room apartment of 80 square meters on the ground floor with room for 6 people. With a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a sofa bed that sleeps two, a large living room, kitchen, patio with table and chairs.

The prices above are in euros and per day.
In high season there are check-in / check-out Wednesdays and Saturdays.

In the periods 22/3-30/6 and 1/9-3/11 you must book at least 2 days. In the periods 1/7-3/9 and 31/8 you must book at least 3 days.

For stays of 7 days or more, the price includes use of gas, water, electricity, AC, linen, towels and final cleaning. For stays of 3-6 days, the above entails a supplement of € 30.00. For a stay of 1-2 days you will have to pay € 40.00.
A security deposit of € 100.00 in cash must be paid on arrival, which will be returned on departure if no significant damage has occurred.
Tourist tax is payable on site and is € 0.50 per person per day. Paid maximum for 7 days even if the stay lasts longer. People under the age of 14 do not have to pay tourist tax.
Cot (maximum 2 years) costs € 5.00 per day. Extra bed costs € 7.00 per day.
Heating system € 4.00 per day. Not necessary during the summer period.
Change of bed linen or towels costs € 5.00 per person.

Check-in: 14:30 – 18:30. You can not check in on Sundays, but all other weekdays.
