Modern and bright apartments with ocean views for 2 to 5 people in beautiful Portovenere on the Ligurian coast. Right on the border with Tuscany, and a few km from La Spezia, lies Portovenere. Portovenere is a beautiful picturesque harbor town with narrow cobbled streets and pleasant specialty shops, piazzas and restaurant life along the town’s harbor area. In 2006, Portovenere received the Blue Flag (Bandiera blu) award. This is an exclusive award given to beaches and marinas that meet strict requirements for the environment, safety, service and water quality. The water is clear and it is in this area that Tuscans prefer to travel when they go swimming. Resort Portovenere is a wonderful complex with 18 delicate and comfortable apartments and rooms. From the balconies you have a magnificent view over the sea and Portovenere.

The resort has a modern restaurant and swimming pool with bar, as well as sun loungers and parasols, open from May to September. On Saturdays there is a disco for young people by the pool. Some noise must be expected these evenings. The restaurant has a panoramic sea view. Portovenere offers self-service lunch (summer) and typical Ligurian cuisine. For larger groups it is possible to rent a banquet hall for meetings or special events. At the hotel is a free beach. The beach consists of small stones, not sand. The resort has parking space. Here it costs € 15.00 per day to park. There are no other parking spaces in the area. From Portovenere there are ferries to La Spezia, Lerici and the Cinque Terre. Cinque Terre means five cities. These five fishing villages have the status of national parks, and are on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Here you can walk between the cities, enjoy magnificent nature and good meals with accompanying drinks. There are boats and trains between the cities. Portovenere is located near the border with Tuscany, and is for example 90 km from Lucca, and 98 km from Pisa. Resort Portovenere has two pools. A small (8x8m, depth 1.2m) and a large (16x8m, depth 2.0m). Open in the season from 10.00 – 18.00. You pay a few euros to use the pools / sunbeds. The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Rentals Saturday-Saturday in June, July and August. Prices include consumption of water, electricity and gas, bed linen and towels and change once a week, and daily washing (only for the rooms) and final washing.
Renting a sun lounger and parasol by the pools and on the beach costs extra.
It costs € 15.00 per day to park.
If your rent for a period before May or from the end of September, electricity for heating is not included in the price.
Possibility to insert cot for a supplement of € 100.00 per week. Paid on site.
Breakfast 7.00 per person per day, children under 4 years free (prices for double and triple rooms include breakfast).
Prices do not include daily cleaning of the apartments (included when renting rooms), dinner in the restaurant, drinks and snacks in the bar, rental of sunbeds and parasols (required when using the pool), counter steps when using a PC in internet point and extra change of linen and towels.
There is a tourist tax of € 3.00 per day for up to 4 days for people over 16 years of age. Paid in cash on departure.
When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.
Pets are not permitted.

Arrival time: Between 15:00 and 20:00. Arrange directly with the place when you expect to arrive.
Departure: By 10.00-11.00.
