Residence Casanova is a cozy and hospitable farmhouse with 18 apartments. Stay centrally in relation to reaching many exciting places in Tuscany. Within walking distance from the property is the small medieval town of Casole d’Elsa, with panoramic views of the beautiful and characteristic landscape. In the village it is easy to find your way around the town’s cozy wine bars and restaurants, and perhaps enjoy a glass of local Chianti. Farmhouse is suitable for both families and couples. Here you can choose to explore Tuscany, enjoy lazy days by the pool (20x10m, depth 1.20-1.40m), or find a quiet place in the lush garden to read a book. The pool at Residence Casanova  is open from May until September.

The garden at Residence Casanova  has a corner with play equipment for the little ones. By the pool there is a shaded patio with exercise equipment where it is also possible to order a massage from the on-site professional masseur. By the pool there is also a hydro-massage pool. Guests at Residence Casanova can use a nice BBQ area, where you can, for example, prepare a proper Florentine T-bone steak. WIFI area on the property. Second floor: one bedroom with single bed (which can be replaced with bunk bed for children), and one bedroom with double bed. The double bedroom has a view of the swimming pool, and a private bathroom with shower. The apartment has a private, furnished garden. Notes: The living room on the ground floor is large, with a double sofa bed for children. The apartment has two bathrooms, and is thus well suited for up to 5 people.

In the period 1/7-26/8, rent only applies Saturday-Saturday. In other periods you can stay minimum 3 days.

Prices include water, electricity, gas, weekly change of bed linen and towels, use of WIFI, loan of mountain bikes and final cleaning.
Here heating is included in the price, this is normally only required for rentals for the period before May or from the end of September.
Free loan of cot and high chair for children aged 0-3 years, on request.
Surcharge for beach towels € 3.00 and € 5.00 for dryer or washing machine.
Prices do not include tourist tax. This must be paid upon arrival. The tourist tax applies to all persons over the age of 12 and amounts to € 1.00 per day for up to 5 days.
NB: Regarding number of guests the first number stands for the number of adults. In the case of +1 or +2, this means sleeping space for children up to 12 years in a regular bed, guest bed, sofa bed or bunk bed, depending on what is available in each individual apartment.
NB: Internet Wi-fi area in all public areas, by the pool and in the garden of all apartments. Some apartments also have indoor wireless internet. Counter steps are purchased at the reception.
When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid.
The balance is due 10 weeks before arrival.
