The large property is located in flat terrain surrounded by gardens and lawns planted with beautiful and colorful flowers, shrubs and trees. Lemon trees in large terracotta pots are placed around, and together with fragrant herbs it is easy to dream of a life in the countryside of Tuscany. The 16 apartments are divided into five houses, and many of the apartments have private outdoor areas. The 4 B&B rooms are grouped in the Villa Sestilla building. Should be experienced in the spring (April / May) when all the flowers are in their glory. There are three pools on the property. Two of the swimming pools have showers and poolside areas with parasols, sun loungers and chairs. The pools are 72 sqm and 112 sqm, respectively, and with a depth of 95-195 cm. The children’s pool is 10 sqm, depth of 25 cm. The pool is open from May to mid-October. All pools are available to all guests. Laundry room in common area. Free use of washing machine, and the Tuscan sun for drying clothes!

Breakfast is included in the price for guests at the B&B. Those living in apartments can buy breakfast. Breakfast is served in the dining room or in the beautiful gazebo by the restaurant. The gazebo is the heart of Borgo dei Limoni, and is suitable for conferences, work meetings, birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions. The restaurant on the property has for several years been named by Tripadvisor among the 10 best restaurants in Italy. Here you can sit both inside and outside. In addition to lunch and dinner, the restaurant offers homemade cakes, biscuits, croissants, jams, fresh fruit, as well as cheese and salami. In the restaurant you can order snacks and snacks, enjoy a cappuccino or a colorful aperitif at sunset. On long summer evenings you can enjoy a typical Tuscan dinner under the stars with a wide selection of fine wines. The restaurant is open from Tuesday evening to Sunday evening. We recommend reserving a table well in advance, especially on weekends (the restaurant is usually fully booked on Saturday evenings). The restaurant is closed on Mondays and at lunchtime on Tuesdays. Cooking classes can be arranged where the owner of Borgo dei Limoni stands behind the pots, sharing his traditional Tuscan cooking skills.

Borgo dei Limoni is located in the heart of Tuscany, a short distance from Florence, Pisa and Siena. Interesting and beautiful villages nearby; San Miniato, Certaldo, San Gimignano and Volterra.

About the B&B rooms (2-3)

Elegant and bright rooms with AC, WIFI, satellite TV, telephone, safe and large windows overlooking the garden. On the ground floor of the building with the B&B rooms is a kitchen, dining room where breakfast is served (can also be enjoyed under the sunny pergola and living room. On the second floor are a total of 4 rooms. Two of these rooms have a double bed (can be converted into two single beds ) and bathroom with shower. The remaining two rooms have a double bed (can be converted into two single beds) with the possibility of inserting an extra bed in each room, and a bathroom with a bath.

Breakfast is included in the price of the B&B rooms. Walking distance to the on-site restaurant. Access to three pools and a tennis court. Bath towels for the pool available on request. Free WiFi connection for guests in B & Bs and apartments in the living room on the ground floor. No mobile coverage!

Rental Saturday to Saturday in high season (1 / 7-2 / 9 2021). Shorter stays are accepted in spring and autumn.
Prices do not include tourist tax. This must be paid on the spot. The tourist tax applies to all persons over the age of 14 and amounts to € 1.00 per day for up to 6 days. The on-site restaurant (Casa Masi) is open from Tuesday evening until Sunday evening. We recommend reserving a table well in advance, especially on weekends (the restaurant is usually fully booked on Saturday evenings).
Shopping service of groceries on request (an alternative to breakfast the day after arrival).
Cooking course (not in July / August / September). Minimum 2 people (€ 80.00 per person). 6-10 people (€ 60.00 per person).
When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.
