Villa San Lucca is located on the property of one of the most important wineries in the province of Pisa. Villa San Lucca is located near Villa Vigna. The villa is newly renovated and decorated with Tuscan furniture. The rooms are spacious, and mostly suitable for a comfortable holiday for groups, friends and families. Villa San Lucca has AC and WIFI. The villa is 460 sqm, and has 10 double rooms all with private bathrooms: 8 of the bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The last two are located on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is a dining room, large living room with sofas, fireplace and satellite TV. The blue coloured kitchen is very spacious and well equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine.

Outside there is a large veranda with table and chairs, barbecue and wood stove. The pool (7 x 15 meters, depth 1.10 – 2.70 meters) is surrounded by a brick terrace with sun loungers. The pool is open from April to October.

About Villa San Lucca

The view from the property is beautiful and one looks out over vineyards and the small village of Morrona. The owner has a large production of wine and sells internationally. Guests can arrange private wine tasting. In the kitchen of the villa there is a wine cabinet with wine from the property. Here you can buy wine if desired. We work with chefs who can come to the villa to prepare meals. Within easy driving distance of the villa you will find several good restaurants. A restaurant is within walking distance (1 km). A baker, who sells fresh baked goods at the door every morning, is very popular.

The nearest village is Terricciola, which is part of the national City of Wine Association. This city celebrates wine, and if you are lucky you can participate in one of the many festivals that take place here. Terricciola is located in the middle of the province of Pisa between Pontedera and Volterra. The landscape is beautiful in this area. Here you get the picturesque beautiful Tuscany with rolling landscapes, cypresses and small picturesque towns.

Location

From Villa San Lucca you have a perfect starting point to visit several exciting places: Pisa 25 km, Volterra 25 km, Lucca 45 km, Siena 70 km, and Florence 65 km. The coast is 35 km away. The cozy town of Cascina Terme (10 km) is famous for its thermal baths, located right in the center. This is a spa worth a visit for both young and old. Cascina is a little gem with cozy shops and restaurants. Pisa Airport is located approx. 1 hour from the villa.

Nice towns to visit: Peccioli has 4-5 restaurants and is 10 min away by car. It is 30 min to Volterra, which is characteristically located on a hill, 40 min to Pisa, 55 min to Lucca, 45 min to San Gimignano with 15 towers and the world’s best ice cream, Siena 1 ½ t.

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Rented Saturday – Saturday.

Included in the prices are final cleaning, bed linen and towels, use of electricity for gas and stove and WIFI.
A supplement is paid for the use of AC (meter reading).
If your rent is for the period before May or from the end of September, electricity for heating is not included in the price.
Possibility to add an extra bed for extra € 30.00 per week. Linen change costs € 15.00 per person.
Extra cleaning costs € 10.00 per hour and is payable on site. One can, for example, order a midweek clean.
Hiring a chef is charged extra. Book well in advance.
A security deposit of € 500.00 must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred.
When booking, 30% of the accomodation amount must be paid.
The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.

Arrival 16.00-19.00. If you are unable to comply with these times, it is important to contact me 30 days before arrival to check the possibility of another time. Alternatively, you must arrive the next day.
Departure By 10.00am.
