Villa Valgiano has everything you could dream of, and more. There is a flat screen and private bathroom in all bedrooms, X-box 360, air conditioning, exercise room with treadmill, spinning bike, wellness center with jacuzzi and sauna, table tennis table, soccer table and wireless network. Here all the rooms are on one floor. Doors from the dining room, TV lounge, two of the bedrooms and exercise room, lead out onto the covered cozy terrace.

Three steps down from the terrace you come down to the garden, and tiled terrace around the pool. In the garden there is a long table under the pavilion. The property has views and is located on a beautiful hillside in Lucca. Electric gate leads into the property and the garden. The property is fenced. Pool (with salt water) is 10x5m, depth 1.65 m, and is open in the period May to mid-October. If you rent the house outside these periods, you can request the opening of the pool. By the pool there is a large outdoor shower.

The owners live upstairs and are very discreet. Holiday guests experience that they live in a villa for themselves. She can prepare meals on request. This is a great villa and can be recommended.

About Villa Valgiano

The villa is 210 sqm, 4 double bedrooms, and sleeps 8 people. On request, it is possible to accommodate two more children on extra beds. All bedrooms have tiled bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a separate entrance from the terrace. The villa also has a large dining room, TV room, well-equipped kitchen, a large storage room, extra WC and a small room with washing machine. In addition, there is an exercise room and a small spa with jacuzzi, power shower and sauna. The terrace that runs along the long side of the house has several cozy seating areas.

Location

It is about 15 minutes (by car) from Lucca’s historic center. The distance to Pisa is 40 min. 40 min. drive to the Riviera in Tuscany (Versilia coast). About 70 km to Florence and 1 1/2 hours by car to the coastal towns of the Cinque Terre. “Strada del Vino” is located in this area. Several of Lucca’s famous wineries are worth a visit. On this hillside there is a panoramic road from Matraia to Collodi (the city where the author of the tale of Pinocchio was born). Here you can find cozy trattorias, and if you rent a bike, you are guaranteed to have an experience you will never forget. Nearest grocery store approx. 2 km. from the property. The friendly hostess can arrange wine tasting for you. She can also make dinner for you one evening. This is very popular and highly recommended. Ask us!

Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. Linen is changed weekly.
Power consumption, eg. when using AC, must be paid for on departure. Consumption is read on the meter on departure. (€ 0.20 per kW)
Tip: Keep doors and windows closed and have the system switched off as much as possible during the day.
If you rent for the period before May or from the end of September, electricity for heating is not included in the price.
When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid.
The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.
