Villa Sant’ Angiola is a lovely villa with beautiful outdoor areas and an outdoor pizza oven. Fresh baked goods can be bought at the door every morning. The villa is 30 minutes from Pisa and Pisa airport. It is only 20 minutes from Il Teatro del Silenzio, where Andrea Bocelli has his annual concert, usually in late July. Here you live near Terricciola and Cascina Terme and the villa belongs to one of the most important wine producers in the province of Pisa. Villa Sant’ Angiola is secluded with a large garden and nice patios. The villa is furnished with comfortable Tuscan furniture. All the rooms are spacious and the style is typically Tuscan with terracotta tiles and exposed ceiling beams. Swimming pool (7 x 15 metres, depth 1.10 – 2.70 metres) is open in the period May – October. The villa has internet.

Terricciola is in the national City of Wine Association. This city is passionate about wine, and if you are lucky you can participate in one of the many festivals that take place here. The city is located in the middle of the province of Pisa between Pontedera and Volterra. The landscape is beautiful in this area, experience the picturesque beautiful Tuscany with rolling landscapes, cypresses and small picturesque towns.

Here you have a perfect starting point to visit several exciting places such as; Pisa 25 km, Volterra 25 km, Lucca 45 km, Siena 70 km, and Florence 65 km. The coast is 35 km away. The cozy town of Cascina Terme (10 km) is famous for its thermal baths located right in the center. This is a spa town and may be worth a visit for both young and old. Cascina is a little gem with cozy shops and restaurants. Pisa Airport is located about 1 hour from the villa.

The nearest small town, Morrona, is 1 km away. Here you will find a bar / cafe and an alimentari (small grocery store that sells bread, ham, milk and other grocery products).

Large villa over two floors. The ground floor consists of a huge living room with fireplace, a cozy and well-equipped kitchen and dining room. Furthermore, there is a double bedroom with access to the garden, and a bathroom. On the second floor are 6 large bedrooms – each with its own bathroom, and a small living room with double sofa bed. The pool is large and lovely (15×7 meters) with depths from 1 to 2 meters. The place has BBQ and pizza oven, and meals can be enjoyed outside on the cozy patio with a rectangular table and chairs. On request, it can be arranged for the chef to come and prepare pizza. All windows in bedrooms have mosquito nets. Internet.

The owner of Villa Sant Angiola is well known in wine circles. Free wine tasting is arranged for guests. In the kitchen of the villa there is a wine cabinet with wine from the property. Here you can buy wine if desired. Good wines. We collaborate with some nice chefs who can come to cook for you or hold cooking courses. The price of a three-course dinner and some wine in 2016 is € 45.00-55.00 per person. Lower prices for children. Cooking courses have different prices. The chefs do everything from shopping to doing the dishes. Small dogs / pets permitted. Within short driving distance of the villa you will find several good restaurants. A restaurant is within walking distance. This is open Thursday-Sunday, and can be opened on other days on request. The baker, who sells fresh baked goods at the door every morning, is very popular.

The prices above are in euros and apply to a week’s stay. In the summer period, it is only rented out Saturday-Saturday. Other and shorter periods are rented out in spring and autumn. Please contact us for such requests.

Included in the prices are final cleaning, bed linen and towels, use of electricity for gas and stove.

An additional charge is paid for electricity for heating, this is normally only necessary when renting for the period before May or from the end of September.
Possibility to put in an extra bed for € 50.00 per week.
Extra washing costs €17.00 per hour and is paid on site. One can e.g. order a midweek wash.
Changing bed linen costs €15.00 per person.
You pay for any use of cook. To be ordered well in advance.
A security deposit of €500.00 must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred.
When ordering, 30% of the rent must be paid.
The remaining payment is paid 10 weeks before arrival.
Tourist tax is not included in our prices. It is paid on the spot according to the current rates for the region.
