The apartments are located in three different buildings where 10 of the apartments are located with a terrace facing a newer complex. The apartments are spacious, bright and have AC. The property has two pools. A medium-sized pool (10x10m, depth 1.40m) in the oldest part, and a large pool with panoramic views (10x18m, depth 1.50m) near the newest apartments. This is the pool that is suitable for small children. The pools are open all year round, are located in the middle of green lawns and surrounded by lush flower beds. From the large pool there are panoramic views of the Val d’Era valley. Breakfast is available on site, and from the snack bar you can buy simple dishes such as salads, a selection of cheeses and Italian hams, sandwiches, ice cream and drinks. In the main building on the oldest part there are 6 hotel rooms, a large dining room and a large veranda with inviting outdoor furniture. This part is often rented out for weddings. For an additional fee, it is possible to add an extra bed for € 20.00 per night and a cot for € 10.00 per night.
Hotel room rates do not include breakfast. Breakfast fee: € 8.00 per person, per day.
A security deposit of € 50.00 must be paid on arrival for the rental of the apartments. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred.
Prices do not include tourist tax. This must be paid on the spot. The tourist tax applies to all persons over the age of 14 and amounts to € 1.00 per day for up to 6 days.
When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.

Departure: By 10.30. There is flexibility on arrival and departure if requested in advance.
