Casa Andrea is a very nice and large apartment with room for 6 people and one child on an extra bed. The apartment is spread over two floors and is part of a semi-detached house! From the apartment it’s 5 min walk to the sea. The apartment has a terrace of 40 sqm with panoramic views over the sea and a huge garden. On the terrace and in the garden there are chairs, tables, sun loungers, barbecue and shower.

The apartment is located in S. Andrea which is a popular tourist destination near the town of Marciana. The town has a small sandy beach. On both sides of the beach theres rental of motor boats, pedal boats and canoes. In the town you will find shops, bars and restaurants. On the beach there are 2 bars, where you can enjoy small and tasty meals. Nearest grocery store 100 m. Distance to the beach 300 m.

Elba is known for its beautiful, clear, sparkling sea and its lovely beaches. The island is also lush with rich flora and fauna. The locals are hospitable and you can enjoy good cuisine, especially lovely and tasty seafood. Elba is a small island but boasts over 70 beaches. Guests at Casa Andrea will receive a guide to the best beaches and if you love beach life, it is likely that you will find your favorite place here.

Casa Andrea is a 120 sqm. Large apartment, spread over 2 floors. Suitable for 6 (1) people. The home has, on the ground floor, one bedroom with two single beds and one with a double bed. The last room has access to the garden. On the ground floor there is also a lovely bathroom, and a room with washing machine. On the second floor there is a double room with en suite bathroom. In addition, there is on the floor a small bathroom with WC. Furthermore, there is a combined kitchen / living room with a door to a lovely large terrace with a view. All bedrooms have AC and TV. The apartment is modern and very nicely decorated.

Casa Andrea is part of a semi-detached house with two apartments, and has its own entrance, private garden of 500 sqm and a terrace of 40 sqm. 300 meters from the apartment is the beach (5 minutes walk).

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Rental Saturday – Saturday.
AC is included in the price.
A supplement is paid for electricity for heating, this is normally only necessary for rent for the period before May or from the end of September.
There is an additional € 15.00 per person for bed linen and towels.
Final cleaning costs € 150.00, payable on site on arrival.
A security deposit of € 300.00 must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred. To ensure that guests take rubbish sorting seriously, € 50.00 must be paid on arrival. The money is returned on departure, if rubbish is treated as agreed.
Deposit of 30% of the rental amount must be paid upon reservation. The balance is paid no later than 10 weeks before arrival.
