In a tiny little village a little south of Montaione in Tuscany, we offer 8 apartments of different sizes. The apartments share a patio and pool of 14×8 meters. In addition, they share a particularly breathtaking view. The pool area is inviting with a beautiful sun terrace. All with beautiful surrounding views. The owner at La Vecchia Sassa takes pride in the garden, with plants, hedges and flowers. It is possible to order room service breakfast to the apartment. This can be decided from day to day.

La Vecchia Sassa is ideal for couples, small groups or families. It is walking distance to two good eateries. In the village you will also find a shop with some groceries. Here you have a good starting point to visit cities such as Montaione 15 min, Volterra 30 min or the famous tower city of San Gimignano 30 min. Pisa Airport is 55 minutes away. It is also convenient to fly to Florence, which is 60 minutes away. The coast can be reached in about 1 hour by car.

The prices in the table apply per week, and include bed linen and towels. Towels are changed in the middle of the stay.
Rental of pool towels costs € 5.00 per piece. Settled on the spot.
Payment for the final cleaning of the apartments costs extra. Prices are as follows: Belvedere € 100.00. Convivo € 65.00. For each of the other six apartments you pay € 95.00.
Tourist tax has been introduced in many municipalities in Italy. At this place, the tax is € 1.00 per person over 13 years and for up to 6 days. Paid in cash locally.
Any heating is paid for on site. You also pay for the use of AC. AC can be found in Belvedere Raffaello, Granaio, Scuola, Limonaia and Convivo. The price is € 0.47 per kW.
It is possible to bring pets. Must be requested specifically in advance. Price € 75.00 per week.
Cot can be borrowed for a deposit of € 45.00 per week.
Where an extra bed can be added, this costs € 85.00 per week.
A security deposit of € 200.00 is payable on arrival. This is returned on departure if no significant damage has occurred.
