Do you dream of renting a house in Lucca with a particularly charming setting? Casa Brushini accommodates 10 people, has AC and lovely patios for al fresco dining. Casa Bruschini has a shared pool and tennis court. There is a restaurant on site.

Casa Bruschini is located in a courtyard with five houses of different sizes. Casa Bruschini is the largest house. All the houses have private outdoor areas, which are beautifully planted with roses, herbs, plants and trees. Bruschini is an older fully restored farmhouse decorated with tasteful traditional Tuscan furniture. The house has a fully equipped and modern kitchen, and nice bathroom. From the kitchen there is direct access to the outdoor patio in the garden.

On site restaurant

On the hillsides around the old town of Lucca there are a number of large and venerable villas. The villas were erected by wealthy merchants from Florence and Napoleon Bonaparte’s circle of friends, and can be over 1000 sqm. Casa Bruschini is located on such a property. The property extends over several acres, and also has large areas of olive groves (5000 olive groves). On site you can purchase the property’s extra virgine olive oil. Arrive at the property through a lush avenue, pass the property’s main villa and park at the valet reception. Casa Bruschini and the other 4 houses are close to the reception. The pool (12x6m, depth 1.40m) is located with magnificent views and is open in season. Casa Bruschini has a on-site restaurant and this is open for breakfast and dinner. Situated close to the “Strada del Vino”, visit several vineyards. Within walking distance you will find Lucca’s best winery. On the large property are 3 more independent villas. Nearest grocery: 5 min. with car. Nearest restaurant: about 15 min walking distance to two restaurants. Distance to Pisa 45 min. The sea 45 min, Lucca 15 min, Florence 1 hour and 15 min, Siena 1 h 50 min, Volterra 40 min, Cinque Terre 1 h 30 min. Airports: Norwegian flies directly to Pisa.

The pool is not open all year, and we ask you to check if it is open for rent outside the period 25 May and 28 September.

Casa Bruschini is a spacious house with 5 double rooms and one room with a single bed. 4 bathrooms. Accommodates 11 people. Airciondition. Casa Bruschini is spread over two floors. Two spacious double rooms, each with its own bathroom. A slightly larger double room with double bed and single bed with private bathroom. A suite with a double room and a room with two single beds, as well as a bathroom. The suite also has its own small kitchen. The house has a beautiful living room with fireplace and very nice fully equipped kitchen with large dining table. Casa Bruschini is nicely decorated with charming furniture and quaint colors. The house has a patio with chairs and table. Direct access from kitchen to patio. 50 m to pool. 100 m to tennis court.

The prices above are in euros and apply to a week’s stay.

The prices include bed linen and towels for use inside, changed weekly.
An additional charge is paid for electricity for heating, this is normally only necessary when renting for the period before May or from the end of September.
Payment for AC is made on the spot. Prices € 300.00 per week.
The cost of washing comes in addition and is paid on the spot € 90.00,
Possibility of borrowing cots and highchairs, on request.
Wireless internet using your own machine at the on-site office.
When ordering, 30% of the rent must be paid. You will be sent a booking form which must be filled in and returned upon confirmation.
Tourist tax is not included in our prices. It is paid on the spot according to the current rates for the region.
The remaining amount is paid 3 months before arrival.

Arrival time: Between 16.00 and 19.00. Please let us know if you arrive after 19.00.
