Here we offer a total of 6 modern and nice apartments with air conditioning for 3-6 people. Relax in comfort and have access to outdoor areas and pool. The apartments are newly renovated and spacious, and decorated in Tuscan style with terracotta tiles on the floors and exposed beams on the ceiling. The apartments have a well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, and nice tiled bathrooms. Wifi and TV in all apartments.

The villa is suitable for both family holidays, groups of friends and couples. Here are large outdoor areas in flat terrain. The area the villa is located in is considered one of Lucca’s best neighborhoods. Swimming pool (8x14m, depth 1.40m) with sun loungers. The pool is open May – Sep. Opening it for other periods upon inquiry. Semicircle in the pool with stairs down into the water is popular for the little ones. Some apartments have doors leading to common patio areas with tables and chairs. The Ludovico apartment is the only one of these that has its own small outdoor area outside one of the bedrooms with table and chairs. But none of the apartments have their own private patios / seating areas. All apartments have access to their own table, chairs and parasols in the large communal garden. Here you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors with wonderful views of the countryside. Large car park. About 40 min drive from the coast.

Villa Ludovico produces wine and olive oil, and guests are welcome to join a tour of the old chapel belonging to the property, as well as the on – site wine cellar. Here you can hear the 500-year-old story of the family that are still the owners, and learn about the process of producing the best grapes. Wine tasting is arranged every Tuesday at 17:00 in season. It can also be arranged, that a chef can come to the apartment and prepare dinner, ask us!

Centrally located in Tuscany, Lucca is a perfect base for those wishing to experience Tuscany. Lucca is considered to be one of the most charming cities in Tuscany. If you love cycling, you have a good starting point for great trips. The rolling landscape and all the grape vines make the bike ride a wonderful experience. Bicycles are rented in Lucca and can be delivered on the property.

The apartment is spread over two floors and can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. The ground floor is a large open room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, a sofa bed and a TV. Direct access to the patio on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed.

Domenico (4)

The apartment is located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. The apartment is about 60 sqm. Accommodates up to 4 people. View. Well equipped kitchen with dining area (dishwasher) and living room. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with sofa bed for one to two people. Bathroom with shower. Table with chairs available in the garden.

Giacomo (4)

The apartment is on the second floor. About 60 sqm. Accommodates up to 4 people. View. Well equipped kitchenette with dining area (dishwasher) and living room. Two bedrooms with double beds. Bathroom with shower. View of the garden.

Ludovico (4 + 2)

The apartment is on the ground floor. About 85 sqm. Accommodates up to 6 people. View. Living room with sofa bed for one to two people. Large and well-equipped kitchen with dining area (dishwasher), door to common outdoor area. One bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. Door leading out to small outdoor area in the back garden from the bedroom. One bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with bath. At the entrance to the apartment / kitchen, is the patio with table and chairs.

Scipione (4 + 2)

The apartment is on the second floor. Approx. 87 sqm. Accommodates up to 6 people. View. Living room with a double sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen with dining area (dishwasher). Two bedrooms, one with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. And one bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with bath.

Theresia (2 + 1)

The apartment is spread over two floors. About 60 sqm. Accommodates up to 3 people. View. Living room with sofa bed for one person. Well equipped kitchen with dining area (dishwasher) with door to the courtyard. Up the first stairs is a large bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. Bathroom with shower.

Pierangelo (4 + 1)

The apartment is spread over two floors of about 80 sqm. Goes over two floors, where the first floor is on the ground floor. Accommodates up to 4 people (possible with an extra bed). Living room and well equipped kitchen with dining area (dishwasher). Two bedrooms. Bathroom with shower. At the entrance to the apartment, there is a patio with table and chairs.

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Only bookings Saturday – Saturday in the period 17/6-26/8 2023. Minimum rental 7 days throughout the year.
The price of each apartment includes a reasonable use of AC. This will be informed of upon arrival. Other use is charged for. Consumption is read on the meter. Turn off the AC when leaving the apartment. Hold doors and windows closed when using AC.

Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.
Cot and high chair on request.
A supplement is paid for AC and electricity for heating. Heating is normally only required for rentals for the period before May or from the end of September.
A security deposit of € 250.00 per apartment per week must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred.
Prices do not include tourist tax. This must be paid on the spot. The tourist tax applies to all persons over the age of 14 and amounts to € 1.50 per day for up to 7 days.
When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid.
The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.

Check in: 4:00-7:00pm. Checkout: By 10.00am.

It is possible to arrive later than 19:00, but certain conditions are set:

-Late arrival must be announced already when booking an apartment.
-Copy of identity documents (passports etc.) on everyone in the party must be sent at the time of booking.
-Groups with children under 5 can not arrive later than 19:00.
-The customer must have a mobile phone number with Whatsapp (www.whatsapp.com). This is to be able to call, send photos, directions, etc. as cheaply as possible
-A meeting will be arranged with the hosts the day after arrival, where the customer is given information about the place, rules, etc.
