Villa Franciacorta

Villa Franciacorta is an elegant 18th-century villa that can accommodate up to 23 people. The villa is located in a small village in Franciacorta in northern Italy. This area in Italy is perfect for food and wine lovers, families and groups of friends. Here you live in an important wine district for sparkling wine, and close to the famous lake Lago d’Iseo. It is within walking distance to a few shops, bars / cafes and restaurants.

Good standard indoors and outdoors

The villa has a good standard and both indoors and outdoors there is plenty of space with large, open rooms for gatherings and meals. The villa is spacious and extends over two floors. The rooms are well lit, have high ceilings, and are decorated in a charming antique style. There are a total of 23 beds, including a double room in the annex by the pool. The price list is adapted for groups from 14 people and up to 23 people. There are ceiling fans in four of the bedrooms and two standard fans can be installed on request. A mobile AC machine is also available. On the ground floor is a well equipped kitchen (2 refrigerators, 2 stoves and 2 dishwashers). Large living rooms with sofas and TV. Also a large dining room.

Rooms at the Villa Franciacorta

Ground-floor rooms facing the garden can be opened with large double doors out to a roofed veranda, overlooking the garden and pool. Here you can enjoy meals outdoors. On the second floor are the bedrooms; a suite for two people with an adjoining room with two single beds, four double rooms, a bedroom with five beds, a bedroom with three beds and a single room. On the second floor are also seven bathrooms. By the pool is an annex with changing room, bathroom with toilet and shower and a double room for two people. A total of 10 bedrooms. The villa has WIFI.

Outdoor activities and pool

Outdoors you can sit at a long table under a covered terrace with an overview of the pool. Available table tennis, football games and a large barbecue. The garden has a lawn and shrubs, trees, herbs and potted plants. Pool area is surrounded by sun loungers. The pool is child-friendly as a motorized cloth can cover the pool when not in use. The pool has a diving board and measures 6×13 meters, with a depth of 3.50 meters. Open from May to October.

The countryside is surrounded by vines and famous vineyards. Restaurant and grocery store are 50-100 meters away. Franciacorta is Italy’s answer to Champagne. Franciacorta are more exclusive bubbles than prosecco.

Franciacorta Outlet is 11 km away, where you can do some great shopping. Nearest golf club: Franciacorta Golf club.

The prices above are per week and for 14 people. An additional 9 people can stay in the house (total space for 23 people).
For people from 15-23, a supplement of NOK 450.00 per person is paid, per day in addition to the weekly price.

Included in the price are: bed linen and towels with weekly change and use of WIFI. For weekly stays, a final cleaning fee of € 350.00 is paid. For stays shorter than one week, there is a cleaning cost of € 120 per day.
A security deposit of € 1,000.00 must be paid on arrival. The money is returned on departure if no damage has been done. If desired, you can pay the corresponding amount in Norwegian kroner to Primatoscana. The money will be returned the day after departure.
Electricity is included up to 330 KW, a supplement for additional use of € 0.50 per KW is paid.

Cleaning 2 times a week, a total of 6 hours per week (mainly cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor).
On request we can arrange dinner in the villa with its own chef, cooking classes, visits to the vineyard and guided bike rides.
