Beautiful villa in Lucca

Villa Felice is a specially beautiful villa in the center of Lucca divided into 5 high standard apartments. Three two-bedroom apartments, and two three-bedroom apartments. In total, the Villa Felice can accommodate 24 + 8 people. The apartments can be rented individually, but when requesting high season, priority is given to groups who want to rent the place exclusively. All apartments have private patios with tables and chairs, and share a large pool (8 x 17 m) with whirlpool. The pool has salt water and is normally open from May until mid-October. It is 600 meters to the nearest cozy trattoria, and 1.5 km to the nearest village.  Villa Felice apartments are delicate and modern decorated in bright colors and maintain a high standard and the place was new in the summer of 2018. The property is fenced, has large lawns and is beautifully planted with flowers and shrubs.

Location

Villa Felice is located at the beginning of one of Lucca’s most beautiful hillsides. In this area are several beautiful, historic villas and vineyards. With a short distance to the center of Lucca, one can easily visit this charming medieval town, both for lunch on one of the city’s piazzas, for shopping trips or dinner at one of the city’s many restaurants. Every summer, the Lucca Summer Festival is held, and every week there is an outdoor concert in the middle of the city. Several international stars have played during the festival, and there is a fun and friendly atmosphere at these concerts.

600 meters to the nearest cozy Botega / trattoria. 1.5 km to the nearest village with various shops and cozy cafe. Less than 2 km to the nearest large supermarket. 7 km to Lucca city center. San Gimignano 85km. Volterra 75km. Siena 145km. Cinque Terre 99km. By express train from La Spezia you can reach the 5 cities that make up the Cinque Terre.

About the Apartments

All apartments have a private patio with comfortable furniture and a dining table with chairs and parasol.

Apatment with two bedrooms (4 + 1 people).

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Apartment: 2, 3 and 4.

The apartments are 75 sqm. Bright apartments, tastefully decorated with large windows. The apartments have a living room with sofa and fireplace, dining table and room for 4/6 people. Cozy kitchen with oven (with gas stop), dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Lavazza coffee machine, refrigerator. The bedrooms have wardrobe, chest of drawers, suitcase holder, desk and chair. King size double bed, which can also be converted into two single beds. One of the bedrooms has a pouf that can be turned into a comfortable bed. Bathroom with shower / bath. The apartments have satellite TV, WIFI, AC, washing machine and hairdryer.

Apartment with three bedrooms (6 + 2 people).

3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Apartments 1 and 6.

The apartments are 150 and 170 sqm. Bright apartments, tastefully decorated with large windows. The apartments have a large living room with sofa group and fireplace, dining table and room for 8/10 people. Cozy kitchen with oven (with gas stop), dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Lavazza coffee machine, refrigerator. The bedrooms have wardrobe, chest of drawers, suitcase holder, desk and chair. King size double bed, which can also be converted into two single beds. In apartment 1. two of the bedrooms have ottomans that can be converted into comfortable beds. Apartment 6 has three pouffes that can be turned into a bed. Bathroom with shower / bath. The apartments have satellite TV, WIFI, AC, washing machine and hairdryer. Apartments No.1 and No.6 have large nice patios, with long tables. When the villa is rented together by a group, it is natural to gather around the large table at apartment No.6.

The prices above are stated in euros and apply per week. In high season, it is rented from Sat to Sat.
Our prices do not include tourist tax. Tourist tax is paid on the spot according to the current rates for the region.

NB: When ordering, a deposit of 40% must be paid. The balance must be paid 90 days before arrival. Villa Felice is a sought-after property For bookings that apply several years in the future, 30% must be paid in now and 10% when we have arrived at the year the rent applies to. Then the remaining 60% 90 days before arrival.

Bed linen, towels for the bathroom and swimming pool are included.
Supplement per day for possible use of AC when renting the entire villa: Approx. euro 100 per day (entire villa).
AC when renting an apartment: Apartment 1: 14 Euro. Apartment 2: 10 Euros. Apartment 3: 12 Euros. Apartment 4: 14 Euros. Apartment 6: 15 Euros. Entire villa: Euro 60. Payable contact on site.
Supplement for final cleaning when renting the entire villa: Euro 700.
On arrival, a security deposit must be paid per apartment. Either in cash or by credit card: Apartment 1: 500 Euro. Apartment 2: 300 Euro. Apartment 3: 300 Euro. Apartment 4: 300 Euro. Apartment 6: 500 Euro. The entire villa: Euro 1,800. This is returned on departure if no significant damage has occurred.

Arrival time: Between 15.00 and 19.00. If you need to arrive after 19.00, it is important that there is an agreement about this in advance.
Departure: By 10.00 am. If you wish to check out later, this must be agreed in advance.
