The large property is fenced. Here you can frolic in a large private garden without public access, and relax by the pool (10 x 5 m, 1.30 m depth). The house has a 40 sqm large covered terrace with comfy seating areas. Perfect to enjoy meals outdoors. There is a barbecue on site. The house has WI-Fi. The house is environmentally friendly with solar panels that supply the house with all electricity.

Casa Bolgheri is set in a rural setting overlooking vineyards and olive groves. It is a short distance to quaint medieval and coastal towns. If you want to enjoy some activities during the holidays, this is a great place for trips on foot or by bike. The nearest small cozy town is Bolgheri, with a variety of eateries for lunch and dinner.

Casa Bolgheri has its own small spa with sauna and “emotional shower”. The spa is open all year round, but is perhaps most lovely to use in spring and autumn. Shower soap with local olive oil, body lotion, bathrobes, sun loungers and herbal tea are available. There is also a stereo system with usp input.

About the house

The home is spread over two floors. You enter the second floor of the house. The lower floor is above and half of it is partly underground. AC is only on the top floor. Downstairs, the rooms are cool. The house has WIFI, and satellite TV.

On both floors there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. In addition, you have access to a separate wellness room with sauna and “emotional shower” downstairs.

Second floor: Living room with access to a large and lovely porch. From the living room there is a spiral staircase down to the lower floor. Well equipped kitchen: 4 hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, American coffee machine, toaster. Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (0.80 width). Mosquito net on window. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (1.60 width). Direct access to bathroom with shower. Mosquito net on window. Another bathroom with shower.

By the pool there are 4 sun loungers, 4 sun beds and an outdoor shower.

Lower floor: Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (0.80 width). Mosquito net on window. Bedroom 4: double bed (1.60 width). Mosquito net on window.

Bolgheri

Located on the west coast of Tuscany, Bolgheri is a picturesque little village. There are several restaurants and specialty shops for wine and other local products. Park outside the city gate and walk to Castello di Bolgheri. In the cozy town you are charmed by the many rustic old buildings, and the cozy outdoor restaurants. From the coast and up to Bolgheri is a long avenue with large, beautiful cypresses. The avenue is called “Viale dei Cipressi” and is a famous photo motif. Bolgheri sounds familiar to many wine lovers, as some of the world’s best wines are produced here. Some of these are Sassicaia, Ornellaia, Tignanello, Solaia and others.
