Villa Vita is located on the property of one of the most important wine producers in the province of Pisa. The villa is newly renovated and decorated with antique Tuscan furniture. Perfect holiday home for a large family. Villa Vita has AC in both bedrooms and WIFI. Small round pool (5 meters in diameter, with a depth of 1.5 meters). Held open from Easter – end of October.

Near Villa Vita is the town of Terricciola, which is part of the national; City of Wine Association. The city is passionate about wine, and if you are lucky you can participate in one of the many festivals that take place here. The city is located in the middle of the province of Pisa between Pontedera and Volterra. The landscape is beautiful in this area. Experience the picturesque beautiful Tuscany with rolling countryside, cypresses and small picturesque towns. From Villa Vita you have a perfect starting point to visit several exciting places: Pisa 35 km, Volterra 33 km, Lucca 65 km, Siena 84 km, and Florence 73 km. The coast is 45 km away. The nearest village is the cozy town of Cascina Terme (3.5 km) which is famous for its thermal baths. This is a spa town, and a small nice town with cozy shops and restaurants. The wine town of Terricciola is 6.5 km away.

The owner of Villa Vita has a large production of wine and sells internationally. Free wine tasting is arranged for guests. Here you can buy good wines if desired. Within easy driving distance of the villa you will find several good restaurants. A restaurant is within walking distance. This is open Thursday-Sunday, and can be opened on other days on request. The baker, who sells fresh baked goods at the door every morning, is very popular. The pool is open from April to October.

About the Villa (4 + 2):

Villa Vita is a two floor building. The house can accommodate 6 people. Kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. Small toilet downstairs. There is AC and WIFI in the house. There is BBQ, TV and mosquito net in the windows. Allowed with small dogs. Villa Viti is close by Villa Vigna, which we also rent out.

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays.
During the summer period, it is only rented out Saturday-Saturday. Other and shorter periods are rented out in spring and autumn. Contact us for such requests.
Included in the prices are final cleaning, bed linen and towels, use of electricity for gas and stove.
A supplement is paid for the use of electricity for heating in the villa, heating is normally only required for rent for the period before May or from the end of September.
There is a surcharge for the use of AC of € 7.00 per day.
Extra cleaning costs € 14.00 per hour and is payable on site. One can e.g. order midweek housekeeping.
Possibility to add extra beds € 30.00 per week, per piece.
Extra change of bedding € 12.00 per person.
A security deposit of € 200.00 must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred.
Use of a chefs services is charged extra. Book well in advance.
When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.

Departure: By 10.00.
