The property is located in flat terrain with no visibility from neighbors. Stay in a villa decorated in charming Tuscan style. Here you will find old terracotta tiles on the floors, charming stone sinks in the kitchen and a large open fireplace in the living room. From the kitchen you have direct access to the lovely covered patio with dining table where you can enjoy all meals outdoors. There is also BBQ area.
The garden is beautifully planted with lavender, roses, shrubs, vines and olive trees. By the pool (8 m x 14 m, depth from 1.5 m to 1.8 m) there are comfortable sun loungers and chairs, and gazebo where you can sit in the shade. The garden is large with a playground for the little ones, and a small football field with mini goals. Guests also have access to a table tennis table. The pool is normally open from May until the end of September. If you want to rent outside this period, you must ask to keep it open.
About the villa
The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there are two living rooms with comfortable furniture and dining table with seating for 12 people, kitchen with door out to the patio with table and chairs, one bedroom with double bed, and one bathroom. On the second floor are 4 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 2 with two single beds), 3 bathrooms and an open living room with two sofa beds. The bathrooms are modern, tiled and of a high standard. Several of the bathrooms have hairdryers.
The kitchen is well equipped with stove and hob, microwave and dishwasher. The living room has satellite TV and DVD player. There is AC in every room. The villa has heating and is also suitable for rent in early spring and autumn / winter. The villa is handicap accessible as one of the bedrooms is on the 1st floor where there are no stairs. The outdoor areas are flat and without stairs. Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Distances:
1.5 km to the nearest small village with pizzeria, butcher, pharmacy, etc. shops. Altopacio is 5 km away and is the nearest town of size. Here there is a good selection of shops and restaurants.
The cozy town of Lucca is 25 minutes away by car, and here you can, for example, go in in the afternoon and look in the shops that do not close until approx. 20:00. When you’re all shopped out and hungry, there are many good restaurants with typical Tuscan food. Lucca is of course also a nice city during the day. Why not rent bikes and ride around its approx. 4 km long city walls. Here you cycle large parts in the shade created by large trees, so you can still cycle in comfort on the hottest days. A day trip to Florence (65 km unna) is popular, and we recommend taking a train from Altopacio.
