On the second floor is a comfortable TV lounge with large panoramic window and three bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The villa has a beautiful basement with playroom for children. The pool is 16 meters long and 5.5 meters wide. Outdoors is the covered terrace and BBQ. There is WIFI and washing machine in the villa. There are mosquito nets in all bedrooms.

The prices above are in euros and apply per week in high season.
The villa is rented out Sat to Sat. Weekly rentals only in June, July and August.
Tourist tax is added and amounts to € 2.00 per person per day from the age of 18.
Included in the price are wifi, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
The house must be left tidy. Dishwashing should be put in the dishwasher, and no food residue should be left behind.
A supplement is paid for any use of electricity for heating (not required from June to September) is measured after use and paid on site.
A security deposit of € 500.00 must be paid on arrival. The amount will be refunded in full on the way home if no damage to furniture has occurred.
