Lucca is known for its ancient and venerable villas. The villas were, among others, erected by wealthy merchants from Florence, and Napoleon Bonaparte’s circle of friends, and can be over 1000 sqm. In connection with the villas, a number of other buildings were often erected. Villa Le Rose is one such building.
The villa is located on its own and is sheltered from the other buildings on the large property. In total the property has around 5000 olive trees, some vines, 6 pools, 3 independent villas, 5 smaller houses, park, tennis court for free use, reception and restaurant for guests. In addition, you have the property’s main villa where the current owner lives. Some of the villas were built in the 17th century. All villas and houses have been completely restored. The property is well suited for company trips, courses, seminars and groups. The place has long experience with celebrations of, among other, weddings, and have the necessary permissions to be able to carry out the wedding on the property. Villa Le Rose has a private pool and garden with large lawn. The property is beautifully planted with shrubs, trees, flowers and herbs. The pool is open in season. Villa Le Rose is spread over two floors and maintains a good standard. The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The building is in brick, and in Tuscan, charming peasant style. Inside there are terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. This is typical Tuscan style. The kitchen is well equipped (fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and has access to the garden, where there is a covered terrace with table and chairs. Here you can enjoy meals. Here is also a barbecue. The villa has a large dining room. Furthermore, there is another spacious living room and one double room which is the master suite in the villa (opening out to the garden). There is a private bathroom with a shower that is adapted for the disabled. On the second floor are 4 double rooms, one of which has two single beds. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Villa Le Rose can be rented for weddings or other events. Then you also rent the villa’s large dining room in the “conservatory” – see photos of Villa Le Rose. If the villa is rented to holiday guests, it will be closed off (will not be used by other guests).
WIFI is available in the garden and at the reception. The net inside the villa can work poorly. In the villa you have housekeeping service 2 hours a day 3 times a week. Breakfast and other meals can be prepared in the villa on request. Price upon request. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. Located just off the “Strada del Vino” – the wine road, in the local area you will find several good vineyards. The Lucca region produces some of the best olive oils available. The property produces its own Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
If you want to rent outside the period from 25 May – 28 September, we ask you to check if the pool is open.
