Villa Angeli is a gorgeous villa with a large and flat garden on top of a small hill in the province of Parma. The villa has 7 double rooms and 5 bathrooms, and is suitable for 14 people. By the villa there are two, lovely terraced patios. One patio with superstructure, and comfortable outdoor furniture. Outdoors there is also a wood burning stove for bread and pizza and a barbecue. The property has great views and is located in quiet surroundings without traffic noise.

Villa Angeli maintains a consistently high standard. The pool is 16-meters long and 5.5 meters wide. The villa does not have AC, but is equipped with fans in all rooms. This in addition to the fact that the villa has thick brick walls and is located on a hill means that the AC is not a necessity. Mosquito net in all bedroom windows. Only a few minutes by car to restaurant.

Distances by car: Parma center 45 min, Parma airport 35 min, Bologna center 1 h and 40 min, Bologna airport 1 h and 20 min, Modena (Ferrari Museum) 1 h and 15 min, Bergamo airport 1 h and 40 min, Milan airport 1 hour and 20 minutes, Fidenza train station 15 minutes and the sea 2 hours. Nearest shop 2.5 km.

The center of Parma is a very charming city. The city offers art and culture, shopping, pleasant cafes and restaurant life. For example, you can go to concerts in the Teatro Regio di Parma, and of course you can also buy Parmesan cheese and Parma ham here!

Europe’s largest outlet «Fidenza Village» is about 20 minutes away by car. Half an hour’s drive away is also Maranello, home of the car brand Ferrari, and the city is considered by many to be the car world’s Bethlehem.

Otherwise, Villa Angeli is surrounded by stunning scenery, small villages rich in history, castles, medieval churches and theaters. Here there are bike paths, opportunities for horseback riding, tennis, and golf. Thermal spring water and terms can be found in Tabiano (7 min away) and Salsomaggiore (15 min away). For food lovers, you can enjoy getting to know the traditional flavors of the “Emilian cuisine”. The hosts can arrange a tour of the farm that produces parmesan cheese.

About the villa

Villa Angeli is about 400 sqm. It has 7 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Several of the bathrooms have a hairdryer. Large kitchen with all amenities. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Large living room, and direct access to outdoor covered patio. The villa is located by itself without access from other homes. It is located on a hilltop and has a view. The garden is lush with flowers, herbs, fruit trees and shrubs. It is possible for 3 cars to park in the parking lot. To arrive at the villa you must enter through the property’s electric gate.

The prices above are in euros and apply per week. The villa is only rented out Saturday-Saturday in June, July and August. Shorter stays at other times of the year. Tourist tax is added and amounts to € 2.00 per person over the age of 18 per day.
Included in the price are wifi, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

The house must be left tidy. Dishwashing should be put in the dishwasher, and no food residue should be left behind.
A supplement is paid for any use of electricity for heating (not required from June to September) Measured after use and paid on site.
A security deposit of € 500.00 must be paid on arrival. The amount will be refunded in full on return if no significant damage has occurred.
