We fell for this place primarily for the beautiful location. Lovely property on a small hill not far from Gaiole in Chianti. Apartments with unique views. Flexible arrival and departure days. Great views in all directions to vineyards and vines. 6 newly restored and nice apartments in famous Tuscan style, with wooden beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floors. All apartments have their own nice patios. This is a quiet and undisturbed place at the end of a small cul de sac. The property has a particularly nice location.

Large planted garden and illuminated swimming pool that holds open as long as the weather allows this (13 x 6 meters, with a depth of 0.60 – 2.20 meters). Umbrellas, sun loungers and deck chairs. From the pool area there are panoramic views of the vines and the surrounding hillsides. Shower by the pool. 6 apartments divided into buildings. 2 one-bedroom apartments and 4 two-bedroom apartments. Possibility of an extra bed in some of the apartments. Shared laundry room. WIFI access in all apartments and in the common areas. All apartments are equipped with fans!

Love bike riding? The famous’ Eroica bike race passes this place. A full 20 miles on a veteran bike! Then it’s okay that the alternative is to relax at Tenuta Gaiole. Or maybe you want to combine the two activities?

The hosts at Tenuta Gaiole can arrange wine tasting, cooking classes, bicycle rental, airport transfers, pre-arrival grocery shopping and a private chef who can come and prepare meals in the apartment. On the property there is a small spa with a jacuzzi for up to 5 people. € 25.00 per hour for the use of the jacuzzi.

Prices per week per apartment in euros. Minimum 5 nights in high season and minimum 2 nights in other periods. Ask about rates for stays shorter or longer than a week.
Included in the price are bed linen and towels with weekly change, pool towels, use of WIFI (apartments and common areas), washing of clothes in common laundry room, parking and final cleaning.
Possibility to insert a maximum of 2 cots and 2 high baby chairs, free of charge! Possibility to insert extra bed for adults € 35.00 per night.
A supplement is paid for heating for periods when necessary.
Extra cleaning costs € 40.00 (apartment for 2 people) and € 50.00 (apartment for 4 people).
Prices do not include tourist tax. This must be paid on site. The tourist tax applies to all persons over the age of 14 and amounts to € 1.50 per day for up to 6 days.
When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.
