Pleasant atmosphere with a beautiful garden and a large and nice pool (22x12m, depth 1.50m) with a curved shape. Tiled area around the pool with sun loungers. The pool is open 1 / 5-30 / 9. All 9 apartments have a rustic Tuscan style, terracotta floors, nice bathrooms and kitchens with stoves. Outdoors there are tables and chairs, located near apartments. Some apartments have their own shaded patio. Portable grills available for loan. WIFI available on the property, but this is limited to the common areas in the garden and in front of the reception and not available in the apartments. There is AC in some of the apartments (Lauro, Corbezzolo and Olivo), but only in the bedrooms. In the apartments that do not have AC, fans are available in the bedrooms. The house is located high on a hillside facing the Mediterranean, and there is always a slight breeze in the evenings.
In the 8th century, the property was originally a mill. The buildings have been restored over a period of time and today offer comfortable holiday apartments. Here you live in the countryside and high on a hillside overlooking oil groves, vines and the Mediterranean. Lush and flowery surroundings. Parking available on the property.

The prices above are in Norwegian kroner and apply to weekly stays. Only rental Saturday-Saturday in the period 20/6 – 29/8. Ask us for shorter stays in the remaining periods. Included in the price are bed linen and towels with weekly change, final cleaning and use of AC (for the three apartments that have AC in the bedrooms).
A supplement of € 7.00 per week is paid for the use of Wifi. Wifi is limited to the common areas and is not available in the apartments.
A tourist tax must be paid. This is € 1.50 per day per person, and is paid in cash on site.
There are no extra beds available on the property.
Pool towels must be brought.
A security deposit of € 200.00 must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred.
Cots are free and can be added on request (2 pcs available).
Arrival time: Between 16.00-19.00.
Departure: By 10.00.
It is possible to arrive later than 19:00, but certain conditions are set:
-Late arrival must be announced already when booking an apartment.
-Copy of identity documents (passports etc.) on everyone in the party must be sent at the time of booking. Groups with children under 5 can not arrive later than 19:00.
-The customer must have a mobile phone number with Whatsapp (www.whatsapp.com). This is to be able to call, send photos, directions, etc. as cheaply as possible.
-A meeting / meeting must be arranged with the hosts the day after arrival, where the customer is given information about the place, rules, etc.
