Lovely residence with quaint apartments for families and couples near Lake Garda. Large communal pool, children’s pool, tennis court, on-site restaurant and nice views over Lake Garda and towards the town of Bardolino.

The property has a total of 46 apartments. They are divided into three types of buildings: Main House, Le Villette and Rustichi. The apartments are nice, with AC and patio. The apartments as well as the patios differ in style. Further description can be found below. The on-site restaurant is open for all meals. It is possible to buy fresh baked goods on site. Wi-Fi in common areas. The pool is open from May to October. 25 x 13 meters. 1.5 meters at the deepest. The children’s pool measures 3 x 2 meters and is 0.5 meters deep.

It is close to Verona and the Valpolicella area. Well-known red wines such as Valpolicella Classico and Amarone della Valpolicella are made here.

ATTRACTIONS:

Travel around the lake and visit cities such as; Garda (3.5 km) where you will find the amusement park Gardaland (27 km), Riva in the far north, Limone and Sirmione. Sirmione (recommend taking a boat from Garda) is a beautiful narrow peninsula, in the middle of the south shore of Lake Gradas. You can stroll in the beautiful old town surrounded by Lake Garda on both sides. In Malcesine (30 km) you can take the cable car “Monte Baldo” up the mountain, and get a spectacular view over Lake Garda. There is a nice cafe, and opportunities for hiking in the mountains both on foot and by bike.

From the train station in Castelnuovo del Garda (26km) you can reach several exciting cities such as Venice (2 hours one way). We definitely recommend a visit to Verona. There might be a concert in the Arena di Verona: www.arena.it

Apartments

All apartments include satellite TV, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker and a safe. In the kitchen you will find hobs but not an oven.

With sea view (2-4):

Without sea view (2-4):

Le Villette (2-5):

Apartments for 2-5 people with sea views in their own house. If you are more than 4 people, it is a different price. Check price description *. 60 square meters with living room, kitchenette, one bedroom and one smaller bedroom or mezzanine for 2 people in the living room.

I Rustichi:

2-4 people:

Apartments of 45 square meters with one bedroom, living room and kitchenette. Double sofa bed in the living room.

2-5 people:

Prices are stated in euros, and apply per day.
All prices are for 2 people. If you are more than two people, € 15.00 per day per person is added to the price. Please ask if there is anything you find unclear!!
In the period 10 / 7-21 / 8 the rental period is whole weeks and Saturday to Saturday. Otherwise, the rental period is a minimum of 4 days.
Prices include final cleaning, bed linen, towels and use of AC.

Security deposit is for all types of apartments of € 200.00 for the time periods 3 / 4-26 / 6 and 28 / 8-9 / 11, and € 400.00 for the time period 26 / 6-28 / 8.
Tourist tax is payable on site and is € 1.50 per person per day.

The breakfast buffet costs € 8.50 per person per day.
Breakfast and dinner costs € 28.00 per person per day.
For children under 10 years, there is a 50% discount on food prices.
For the use of washer and dryer it costs € 3.00 per chip that you need per use.

Check-in: 15: 00-20: 00. On arrival after this, the place must be notified.
Check-out: By 09:00.
