At the same time it is only 3 minutes by car to the nearest cafe and restaurant with a la carte and pizza, and 7 minutes to the coastal town of Desenzano, with a number of restaurants and cafes by the sea. From Desenzano there are ferries to a number of towns on Lake Garda. There are also shopping opportunities, golf courses, tennis courts and horse riding opportunities. Nice areas for cycling.

With terracotta floors and wooden beams on the ceiling, the apartments in the exciting building are reminiscent of those we find in Tuscany.
The place was built in the 18th century and is located on a hill. Of the 25 apartments, most have views of Lake Garda. All apartments have AC in all rooms, satellite TV, kitchen and safe.
It is easy to get to Sirmione 12 km, Gardaland 23 km and Verona 45 min. This accommodation is close to Verona and the Valpolicella area, where the famous wines Valpolicella Classico and Amarone della Valpolicella are produced.
