Nice holiday apartments in a distinctive location on Garda: The large villa is reminiscent of a small castle and has stunning views of Lake Garda and Sirmione. 25 nice apartments with AC. A large communal pool and children’s pool. Almost a bit majestic, this beautiful property is located in quiet surroundings. At the same time it is only 3 minutes by car to the nearest cafe and restaurant with a la carte and pizza, and 7 minutes to the coastal town of Desenzano, with a number of restaurants and cafes by the sea. From Desenzano there are ferries to a number of towns on Lake Garda. There are also shopping opportunities, golf courses, tennis courts and horse riding opportunities. Nice areas for cycling.
With terracotta floors and wooden beams on the ceiling, the apartments in the exciting building are reminiscent of those we find in Tuscany.
The place was built in the 18th century and is located on a hill. Of the 25 apartments, most have views of Lake Garda. All apartments have AC in all rooms, satellite TV, kitchen and safe.
It is easy to get to Sirmione 12 km, Gardaland 23 km and Verona 45 min. This accommodation is close to Verona and the Valpolicella area, where the famous wines Valpolicella Classico and Amarone della Valpolicella are produced.
Attractions:
Travel around Lake Garda and visit cities such as; Garda, where you will find the amusement park Gardaland, Riva in the far north, Limone and Sirmione. Sirmione (recommend taking a boat from Garda) is a beautiful, narrow peninsula, in the middle of the south shore of Lake Garda. Here you can stroll in the beautiful old town surrounded by Lake Garda. In Malcesine (1 h 50 min) you can take the cable car “Monte Baldo” up the mountain, and get a spectacular view over Lake Garda. Here there is a nice cafe, and opportunities for hiking in the mountains both on foot and by bike.
By train you can reach several exciting cities such as Venice (2 hours one way). We definitely recommend a visit to Verona (45 min). Maybe it fits with a concert in the Areno di Verona: www.arena.it
Verona 40 km. Bergamo Airport 55 min. Milan Airport (Linate) 75 min. Milan Airport (Malpensa) 100 min. Bologna Airport 95 min. 7 min to Lake Garda.
