Casa Ciclamino is a lovely stone house with high standard in Tuscany, AC and pool. 8 + 1 guests. About 15 km from the coast.

The charming stone house is decorated in a typical Tuscan style. Casa Ciclamino has an ideal location for those who want to live in the countryside with access to nice outdoor areas, and at the same time want to be close to the coast.

The property is located on top of a hill in the Bibbona area. Here you have a short distance to places like Bolgheri, Casale Marittimo, Volterra and San Gimignano. Casa Ciclamino has wide views over lush landscapes with cypresses and vineyards. On hot days you can enjoy a cool breeze.

The house is modern and tastefully decorated in old Tuscan style, and maintains a very good standard. 4 bedrooms with bathroom, kitchen, shared bathroom, two living rooms and dining room. One of the living rooms has a large open fireplace. In the house are facilities such as LCD TV, DVD and hi-fi stereo. The spacious kitchen is well equipped and has direct access to the veranda, where you can enjoy warm summer nights, and outdoor meals with family and friends.

Free Wifi works in the living area on the ground floor. The network corresponds to the use of about 4 devices (mobile / PC) simultaneously. The house has an outdoor barbecue. Around the swimming pool (10x5m, depth 1.45m) there is a tiled area for sun loungers. The pool is open in the period May – September, the pool is not heated. From here you have a panoramic view over the valley. Casa Ciclamino is without air conditioning. The pool is closed in low season, can be opened at an additional cost. Wood-fired pizza oven.

Location

Casa Ciclamino is centrally located in Tuscany, and by car you can easily reach the coast and beautiful beaches. 20 minute car drive brings you to the fine sandy beaches of Rosignano Solvay, the resort of Cecina Mare, Marina di Bibbona, Donoratico and the beautiful Rimigliano park in the south of San Vincenzo. Piombino and Livorno are also nearby, where you can reach the island of Elba by ferry.

Interesting cities you can explore on day trips: Florence, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Lucca, Arezzo to name a few. The nearest village is about 8 km away. Nearest shop for some local products about 4 km. away.

Our own service office is helpful with various services such as hiring a personal chef, cooking classes, renting bicycles, guide, transport, etc.

About the villa (8 + 1)

Ground floor: Living room with fireplace. Lounge and dining room. Kitchen with direct access to terrace with shading. A bath.

Second floor: 3 double bedrooms with bathroom. 1 bedroom with 2 beds. It is possible to insert a maximum of one extra bed. See extra costs.

The prices above are euros and apply to weekly stays.

Included in the price is the weekly change of bed linen and towels. Final cleaning is at an additional cost of € 240.00 per week for 8 people.
Power consumption is included in the prices for 8 people. Consumption of AC is added. Read by own meter.

A supplement for heating gas is paid at € 6.00 per cubic meter (measured after use). Heating is normally only required for rentals for the period before May or from the end of September.
The swimming pool is closed in the periods 1 / 1-29 / 4 and 1 / 10-16 / 12 2021, can be opened for a supplement of € 300.00 per week. Please ask!
There is an additional charge for extra linen change € 10.00 per person. One supplement is paid for extra change of towels € 5.00 per person. One supplement is paid for the rental of beach towels € 5.00 per person.
Daily cleaning can be arranged on request. Chef can come to the villa and prepare meals, on request. When booking several weeks, you choose whether you want a midweek wash, and change of bed linen and towels at the same price as the final wash. A free cot is added on request, for the next cot a supplement of € 50.00 per piece, per week. A free high chair is added on request, for the next high baby chair a supplement of € 30.00 per piece, per week. Supplement for extra bed: € 140 per week.
In cases of water shortage in the area, the owner may provide a limit on water consumption per week. If you use more than this limit, there will be an additional cost in these cases. Price 5.00 m3. A water consumption corresponding to a normal consumption during a holiday stay will be calculated. This is a procedure that is done to avoid unnecessary use of water during periods of water shortage.
A security deposit of € 500.00 must be paid on arrival for 8 people. The deposit can be paid in cash or by card. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred. The amount is payable in cash or by credit card on arrival. When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.

Arrival time: Between 17:00 and 19:00. If you need to arrive after 19:00, it is important that an agreement is made in advance. You can not arrive later than 19:00 without making an appointment. If the flight is delayed, you must call as soon as possible and report late arrival. Upon arrival after 22:30, an agreement will be made to place the key. Formal check-in will take place the next day.
Departure: By 09.30 the day of departure.
