Located 10 km from the historic center of Lucca, the holiday home is a beautiful stone house renovated in a traditional Tuscan style. The house is tastefully decorated. The house is located on a private property on a beautiful hillside in Lucca. The owner lives nearby and owns another holiday home located on the large property which also consists of several acres of olive trees. The houses are situated a good distance from each other. Mostly suitable for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in a rural setting.

The house is spread over two storey houses with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom, a furnished kitchen and a spacious living room. The living room is well lit with large windows, which can be opened onto the porch. On the second floor there are 2 large double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. A spacious laundry room is available for guests.

The pool is surrounded by lawns, and there is also a patio with shade. Barbecue is available. Enjoy the freedom of living in your own house during your holiday with your own swimming pool and garden.
