Baja Sardinia

Stay close to the “Costa Smeralda” in apartments within walking distance of crystal clear water. At Baja Sardinia there are 28  apartments with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and balcony / terrace / patio. Several of the apartments have sea views. The apartments can accommodate from 4 to 6 people. The place is beautifully located near the sea. Also offers a pool (open from 18/4), garden, playground, tennis courts, restaurants, lunch bar and walking distance to the center of Baja Sardinia. The beach is right next door and consists partly of rocks and stones. 7-800 m to the lovely sandy beach, bar, restaurants, shops, supermarket, square.

All apartments have TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, kitchen, weekly change of bed linen and towels, beach towels and separate parking spaces (the apartments for 6 people have two parking spaces). The pool is composed of two intersecting circles. The largest circle has a diameter of 14 m with a maximum depth of 2.70 m. The smaller circle (which is suitable for smaller children) has a diameter of 7 m with a maximum depth of 0.70 m. Next to the pool, are the tennis courts. You pay a sum for renting the court and rackets. There is WIFI in the reception area and in the lounge. Poorer coverage than what we experience in Norway.

The building style is typical of Sardinia with granite walls, wooden beams and charming balconies. From large parts of the complex there are panoramic views of the sea and the islands of La Maddalena and Caprera. The hotel’s restaurant serves seafood, pizza and other Italian dishes in a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The place does not serve breakfast. Grocery store is just a short walk away.

Here you live near the famous Costa Smeralda coast in the northeastern part of Sardinia. From Alghero airport it takes about 2.5 hours by car, from Olbia about 30 min. This side of Sardinia is very beautiful, with many of Sardinia’s famous beaches. Sardinia is a beautiful island and is known for its crystal clear waters and chalk-white beaches. A favorite holiday destination for Italians, who largely holiday in August themselves. Although Sardinia is perhaps best known for its fine beaches, it also has much more to offer. Two types of apartments:

Please note that none of the apartments are exactly alike. Some have two terraces others only one, some are on the ground floor, others are on the second or third floor. Some apartments have a terrace, others have two and some trio apartments have three terraces. Several apartments have a view to the sea, others are located with a patio facing the courtyard.

Bilo – Apartment for 4 guests

Up to 4 people can stay in Bilo. The apartments are smartly decorated. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. Several of the apartments have bedrooms with access to the terrace. Furthermore, the apartment has a living room with 2 single sofa beds and a kitchenette. In several of the apartments, the kitchen has access to a terrace. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, telephone and satellite TV. A total of 2 bathrooms. The apartments can have one or two terraces, with sea views or views facing the courtyard.

Trilo – Apartment for 6 guests

Up to 6 people can stay in Trilo. The apartments are smartly decorated. The apartment has two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. In some apartments each bedroom has access to the terrace, other apartments have a large terrace. In addition, the apartment has a living room with 2 single sofa beds / chairs and a kitchenette. In several of the apartments, the kitchen has access to a terrace. In total, the apartment has three bathrooms. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, telephone and satellite TV. The apartments can have one, two or three terraces, with sea views or views facing the courtyard.

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Rentals Saturday to Saturday. NOTE: The rental price is € 10.00 for extra cleaning. Paid locally.
Included in the price is one set of bed linen, towels and pool towel per person. Furthermore, the price includes use of AC, daily cleaning (does not apply to the kitchen), use of pool and sunbeds, play area for children, numbered unattended parking (Trilo apartments have 2 parking spaces), internet area with printer at the reception and in the common area, high chair on request .
Prices do not include tourist tax. This must be paid on the spot. The tourist tax applies to all persons over the age of 13 and amounts to € 1.00 per day for up to 6 days.
Final cleaning costs NOK 600.00. It is settled for final cleaning when ordering.
A supplement is paid for cot and cot: per euro 40.00 per week. Supplement for extra bed, when agreed / possible: NOK 1,000.00 per week.
Tennis court rental euro 25 per hour
On site there is a restaurant, bar, bicycle rental and wellness and fitness center.
Shuttle service Olbia to Baja Sardinia euro 100 per trip.
When booking, a 30% deposit of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.
