Prices

All prices on Primatoscana’s website are stated in Norwegian Kroner or Euro and include VAT.

Payment

You can use the following payment methods:

• Credit card Visa / Mastercard
• Invoice

We accept cards from MasterCard and Visa. Card payments are handled by our partner Nets, and are a secure form of payment. See the section below. The amount will be deducted from your account when you accept the order.

Payment Process Security

We use 3D Secure, a system created by Visa International. 3D Secure is a solution that will further improve security when you pay for goods and services online with your credit or debit card, and with 3D-Secure the chances of fraud are significantly reduced. As a cardholder, you are therefore protected against theft or misuse of the card by having to confirm your identity before you pay.

The card company will usually refund the full amount if for any reason you should be so unlucky as to experience fraud when you use your card to shop from us.
Note, however, that if the card company can prove that you have acted irresponsibly or fraudulently, you may be responsible for part or all of the amount.
An example of negligence could be writing down the PIN code for the payment card and storing it with the card.
