Do you want to live in a real Tuscan stone house? Are you excited about the charming Tuscan farm style? Then you will love Villa il Poggiarello. Inside there are vaulted ceilings, terracotta floors, and whitewashed walls. The villa is 352 sqm. It has a modern bathroom and is decorated with antique Tuscan furniture. It is divided into two housing units, which outside the high season can be rented separately. The main part can accommodate 6 + 2, and the small apartment 2 + 2 people. Here you can live with two or three families together.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, another living room, a large kitchen, dining room, and a covered terrace where you can enjoy meals outdoors.
An old stone staircase leads up to the second floor, where there is a living room, three large bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

On the ground floor of the villa is also a small apartment. The apartment has its own entrance.
It contains a large living room, which is divided into a living room with three comfortable couches and a dining room. The apartment has one double room and a small kitchenette. Possibility for 2 people in sofa bed.

The villa is located on a large sloping property consisting of olive trees, shrubs, flowers, and wild herbs. The pool (5×10 meters, with a depth of 1.20 to 2.20 meters) is located on the upper level and has a view. On the lower level of the garden is the annex with a gym. The pool is open from May to September.

It is located in the heart of the Chianti region, 5 km from the charming San Casciano Val di Pesa. The nearest small village is 2 km away. There you will find a restaurant and small supermarket.

Here you have an excellent starting point to visit the many charming towns and vineyards of Chianti. Visit places like Castellina, Greve in Chianti, Radda in Chianti, San Gimignano, Siena, Monteriggioni and Gaiole. Vineyards can be found along the roads in many places. This is the area for those who love good food and wine, but also a lovely place to holiday for families with children. You will find a good selection of everything from simple trattorias to exclusive restaurants with a star in the Michelin guide. Florence is 30 minutes away.

About the Villa (8+4):

Ground floor: Living room with fireplace. A second living room with a double sofa bed. Toilet. Shower, bathroom with washing machine. Kitchen with dishwasher. Dining room (for 8 people). Terrace.
Second floor: Living room. Two large double rooms. A bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower/bath. Small apartment: Large living/dining room with two single sofa beds. Double bedroom. The living room has a small kitchenette.

The villa has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, telephone, TV, DVD / CD player, barbecue, and wifi internet.

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Rental Saturday – Saturday. It is only possible to rent the villa for 8 + 4 people (not 6 + 2) in the middle and high seasons.

Final laundry, bed linen, and towels are included.
Breakfast can be bought on site: 5 for children and € 10 for adults.
A supplement is paid for electricity for heating, this is normally only necessary for rent for the period before May or from the end of September.
Prices do not include tourist tax. This must be paid on site. The tourist tax applies to all persons over the age of 14 and amounts to € 1.50 per day for up to 7 days.
A security deposit of € 200.00 must be paid on arrival. The establishment only accepts cash. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred. (Guests are responsible for the furniture from check-in to departure).
When booking, 30% of the rental amount is charged.
The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.
It is possible to bring a dog, which must be on a leash. Please book this in advance! Costs € 15.00 due to extra cleaning.

Arrival time: Between 15:00 and 17:00. If you arrive outside of these hours, this must be agreed upon directly. For late arrivals (after 20:00) the owner asks for € 15.00 in extra payment
Departure: By 10.00.
