Breakfast is served either indoors or outdoors at the reception. The farm has various fruit trees and homemade jams and marmalades are produced. They also have olive trees and produce extra virgin olive oil.

The landscape in this area is especially beautiful with rolling hillsides, cypresses, vines and typical white gravel roads. At Podere Cassandra it is easy to relax under the Tuscan sun. By the pool there are several cozy seats, and in addition, each apartment has its private patio and seating area.

Located on the second floor of the “main house” and has two bedrooms. One room with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room. There are two bathrooms with shower and one well equipped kitchen. There is also AC, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Private patio with table and chairs.

Biancospino (4 + 2):

The apartment is located on the second floor of the “main house” and has two double bedrooms. It has a kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, AC, two bathrooms with shower and a private gazebo (patio with table and chairs) in the garden.

Tulipano (5 + 2):

Located on the ground floor of the “main house” and has two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The apartment is adapted for the disabled and has one bathroom that is adapted and one bathroom that is not. There is also a kitchen, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, AC and a sofa bed that seats two people. Private patio with table and chairs.

Edera (2):

Only accommodation not located in the “main house”. It is located in the same building as the reception. It has one double bedroom. Furthermore, the apartment has one bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room with sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and private patio with parking. The apartment does not have AC, but the apartment is cool and with thick brick walls. Private patio with table and chairs.

Narcissus (2 + 2):

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the “main house” and has one bedroom with a double bed. There is also a sofa bed that sleeps two in the living room, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, AC and a bathroom that is adapted for the disabled.

Pink (4 + 2):

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the “main house” and has two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that seats two. Kitchen, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and AC. Private patio with table and chairs.

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Saturday-Saturday. Minimum stay in the period 1/ 7-26 / 8 is 7 days (Sat-Sat). Otherwise min. 2 days.
Prices include use of electricity, gas, water, as well as bed linen and towels.
Cot can be added on request.
For all guests from the age of 12, a tourist tax of € 2.00 per day and for up to 3 days must be paid. (€ 6.00 for a week for example)
Extra bed costs € 15.00 per day.
Breakfast on request. Italian € 6.00 and continental € 10.00. Breakfast is free for children under 5 years.
Change of bed linen and towels € 6.00 per piece. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly, but cost € 6.00 if you want to change in between. Washing of clothes € 7.00.
Air conditioning: Price per day: Narciso € 8.00. Rosa, Alchechengi and Biancospino € 10.00. Tulip € 12.00.
Heating: € 5.00 per cubic meter LPG. Not necessary during the summer period. Consumption is measured if necessary.
Pets are permitted. The type and size of animals must be clarified in advance. There is a charge of € 25.00 to bring pets.
Everyone booking a stay gets a bottle of wine and a ticket for wine tasting at a winery in Terricciola (nearby town).

Check-in must take place between 17:00 and 22:00.
Check-out must be done by 10:00.
