Fattoria Romagnola

Typical Tuscan vineyard in the wild mountain landscape north of Florence, the Rufina wine district of Chianti. 8 – 17 people. The farm has a very good restaurant, with a small shop selling some grocery products. Pool, tennis court and nice outdoor areas. Fattoria Romagnola is located high on a hill with great views, in green and lush surroundings. Opportunities for nature experiences by bike or on foot. The winery has apartments in various buildings in a courtyard. There are also different rooms on a B&B basis. Villa with private pool (7x14m, depth from 1.20 – 1.50 meters) is located near the property (The pool is open from May to September). See Villa Rufina. Guests are welcome on a guided tour and wine and oil tasting with the opportunity to buy the house’s self-produced products. It is exciting to learn about the cultivation of grapes, and the owner shares his knowledge enthusiastically. The farm is located in the Rufina wine district of Chianti.

The location near the Apennines provides a light breeze from the mountains. The area is popular with Florentines who seek out the mountains for recreation and fresh air. The on-site restaurant is open all day in summer and serves outdoor meals on the large terrace. Menus for children, vegetarians and gluten allergy sufferers. Breakfast 7 euros pr. person. The B&B is located in the same building as the restaurant and overlooks the garden and pool. In the main house (the white brick house) are the apartments Acino, Vinacciolo and Grappolo. The apartments have a common entrance from the cozy courtyard with chairs and borders. The Mago and Fata apartments are located on their own in a charming stone house surrounded by lawns, trees and vines. Short walk (250 meters) to the restaurant and pool. Well lit in the evening. Internet throughout the property. Adapted for the disabled.

The prices for the apartments are stated in euros and apply to weekly stays.
Rental Saturday – Saturday. The apartments are rented out for shorter stays than a week in low season. Please ask!
The prices for the rooms are per night and includes breakfast.
Included are electricity, water, gas and final cleaning. Bed linen and towels are also included and changed weekly.
There is a supplement for electricity for heating for guests in the apartments, this is normally only necessary for rentals for the period before May or from the end of September.
For guests at the B&B, heating is included in the price.
Possibility to insert extra bed and cot on request.
Breakfast buffet € 8.00 per person.
Prices do not include tourist tax. This must be paid on site. The tourist tax applies to all persons over the age of 14 and amounts to € 1.00 per day for up to 7 days.
A security deposit of € 100.00 must be paid on arrival for the apartments Vinacciolo and Acino (2). € 200.00 for the remaining apartments. When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.
