Versilia Apartments

8 nice and spacious apartments with AC, 3.5 km from the Versilia coast in Tuscany. The accommodation has recently been completely restored, and was new in July 2017. Walking distance to the restaurant and some shops. Bicycle friendly. All apartments have a private patio with table and chairs. The apartments have either a patio on the ground floor, or on the second floor with a terrace. Guests have a pool (6 m x 12m, with depth: 0.70 cm – 1.50 cm), and a common area with chairs, parasols and sun loungers. By the pool is a covered patio with table and chairs. Relax and sit in the shade with, for example, a book. The pool is open from 9:00 to 19:00 and also has a WC.

All apartments have Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV with Italian and foreign channels and well-equipped kitchens (induction hobs, dishwasher, oven / microwave). The apartments do not have a washing machine, but walking distance to the laundry where you can wash clothes with chips.

Walking distance (300 meters) to butcher, bakery, grocery store, pizzeria and pizzeria takeaway and gelateria (ice cream shop). 500 meters to traditional Italian trattoria. 1 km to bank, pharmacy, pizzeria, restaurant. 1.8 km to train station (including train to Pisa). It’s “bike friendly” and suitable for parking bicycles. On site, they can assist with renting bicycles, and you can ask to have them driven and picked up. By bike you can, for example, cycle to the beach. Cycling is popular in this area and in the surrounding mountainsides. If you are an avid cyclist, it is recommended to book a bicycle in advance, and get tips for routes in the local area.

Versilia apartment is ideally located for those who want proximity to the coast and interesting Tuscan cities. The Apuan Alps are close by, and are nice hiking areas on fot and for cyclists, among others. Recommended day trips: Lucca, Pisa and the Cinque Terre. Famous coastal towns: Lido di Camaiore (3.5 km), Viareggio (7.8), Marina di Pietrasanta (7 km), and Forte dei Marmi (11.8). It’s 4.5 km from the center of Camaiore, 5.8 km from the art city of Pietrasanta, 28 km from Lucca, 38 km from Pisa, 114 km from Florence, 171 km from Siena, and 59 km to La Spezia and train station with express train to the Cinque Terre .

50 square meters on the second floor with small terrace with table and chairs. The apartment has an open solution with a nice living room, kitchenette and dining room with TV and sofa. Furthermore, it has one double room and one bedroom with a single bed. Modern tiled bathroom with shower.

Campanella (3+1):

54 square meters on the second floor overlooking the Apuan Alps, with terrace with table and chairs. The apartment has a large living room with kitchen, TV and sofa bed. Furthermore, it has one double room and one bedroom with a single bed. In this room there is space to insert an extra bed. Modern tiled bathroom with shower.

Fienile (4+1):

Independent small house of 67 square meters. Apartment is spread over two floors, with entrance from the ground floor. The ground floor consists of a large living room with cozy kitchenette. The apartment has a TV and sofa (sofa bed). From the living room there is direct access to the beautiful patio with garden on the ground floor, which faces the pool. Tables and chairs, and plenty of space. On the second floor is a modern tiled bathroom with shower, double room, and one bedroom with “french bed” size 140 cm wide.

Fiorancio (3+1):

50 square meters on one floor. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a patio with table and chairs in the garden. On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchenette, a table for 4 people and a sofa bed. Lavanda (4+2):

56 square meters on one floor. Sheltered patio in garden with table and chairs. The entrance to the apartment is close to the pool. The apartment has an open solution with a nice living room, cozy kitchenette and dining area, with TV and sofa bed. Furthermore, it has one double room and one bedroom with two single beds. Nepitella (5+1):

85 square meters, and extends over two floors. Patio in garden, with table and chairs. The apartment has large windows / doors that face the garden, which provide good natural light to the living room / kitchen. The ground floor consists of a large living room with cozy kitchenette, TV and sofa. On the same floor is one double room, one bedroom with single bed, and modern tiled bathroom with shower. On the second floor is the suite which is a large spacious room with large windows. Here there are two single beds, with the possibility of inserting another single bed.

Prices are for weekly rentals, Saturday-Saturday. Prices include all use of electricity, water, heating, AC, all linen and final cleaning.
Security deposit is payable on site and is € 250.00 per week.
Extra towel € 6.00. Extra sheets € 8.00.
