Villa Camigliano accommodates 18 guests in popular Lucca. It has 9 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and TV. A welcome buffet dinner on the day of arrival is included. The villa is within walking distance of a local winery offering excellent wines and wine tasting in a beautiful setting.

Villa Camigliano is a very inviting property located about 8 km from Lucca’s historic centre. The villa is vertically divided with two kitchens and two living rooms, yet it feels like one large villa. The interiors are tastefully decorated and elegant. Each bedroom has a TV and a small fridge. The bedrooms are of hotel standard, with comfortable beds. Upon arrival, the minibars in the bedrooms are stocked with refreshments.

Outdoors, the property is beautifully landscaped and lush, with scenic views of olive groves and vineyards. The villa offers several outdoor areas for dining and relaxation. Large pots with lemon trees separate the outdoor spaces of the two vertically divided units. When rented exclusively, these pots are set aside, creating a large open area suitable for long dining tables. In addition, the villa features a covered outdoor taverna with a long table and two gazebos with tables and chairs, perfect for relaxing in the shade with a book or enjoying an aperitivo. Guests who wish to exercise during their stay will appreciate the outdoor fitness area.

The pool (12 x 6 m, depth 1.40 m) is inviting and surrounded by sun loungers. It is open from May until the end of October. Please inquire if you wish to use the pool outside this period. The villa, originally dating from the 15th century, is set in a rural landscape among vineyards, olive groves, and citrus trees.

Location
The property is secluded and private. The nearest town is a 2-minute drive away, offering a grocery store, bar, ice cream shop, pizzeria, restaurant, wine shop, and bakery.

Lucca is a beautiful historic city surrounded by a 4.2 km-long city wall. Its narrow cobblestone streets are lined with small local shops. The city has a vibrant cultural life, 99 churches, and beautiful piazzas. Lucca is an excellent base for exploring Tuscany, with short distances to the Mediterranean coast (approx. 45 minutes by car), Florence, Pisa (40 minutes), Chianti, and San Gimignano. Distances: Sea 40 min, Lucca 15 min, Florence 1 h, Siena 1 h 50 min, Chianti 1 h 30 min.

Villa Camigliano (18 guests) consists of 9 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The villa is vertically divided and features a total of 9 double bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each unit also has a tastefully decorated and comfortable living room, dining room, media room with Wi-Fi, PC, TV, DVD, and stereo, and a fully equipped tiled kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, juice machine, and coffee machine. There is an additional bathroom on the ground floor suitable for disabled guests, an open fireplace, minibar in all rooms, washing machine, towels for indoor and outdoor use, and room cleaning twice per week.

All bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows for guests who prefer to sleep with windows open instead of using air conditioning.

The villa also has an outdoor fitness area with TV and stereo, a ping pong table, a foosball table, and a playground for small children.

Free welcome dinner for rentals of one week. The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Weekly rentals only in June, July and August.
Bed linen and towels are included and changed weekly.

A supplement is paid for any use of AC and electricity for heating, heating is normally only required for rent for the period before May or from the end of September.
Possibility to insert cot with bed linen for a supplement of € 40.00 per week.
A security deposit of € 1000.00 must be paid on arrival for each of the two apartments. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred. When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.
