LIFT YOUR HOMEMADE PIZZA TO NEW HEIGHTS
In the spring of 2021, Primatoscana had 10 online live cooking courses from Tuscany together with Cooking in Tuscany. Together we had around 400 participants. The feedback has been so good that we are making a return autumn of 2022.
Italy is the home of pizza and with expert help you can now learn some tricks that will lift your homemade pizza to new heights. In addition, we promise you a fun and tailored experience in these Covid times. Gather the family in the kitchen and encourage friends and acquaintances to sign up. We are going to share some great cooking with great friends.
November 6 we’ll be making pizza with three different toppings before we finish with a sweet pizza for dessert. We focus on seasonal ingredients and Mauro and Tze’ela in “Cooking in Tuscany” always surprise with good flavors.

- How to help the dough rise correctly
- How to shape the Pizza dough without using a rolling pin
- How to make a great tomato base
- Different toppings
- Proper oven use and temperatures without a wood-burning oven..
Direct from a genuine Italian kitchen
The course is broadcast live from the kitchen at the home of Mauro and Tze’ela, who live in Lucca. The cooking couple are known to many of Primatoscana’s customers as they are often hired as chefs for groups. In the last six months, they have had great success with live cooking courses directly from Italy. They have long experience and are passionate about Italian cuisine. They love a glass of wine and are at their best when cooking in company with others. They speak comprehensive good English.
Primatoscana will host the pizza courses and can answer any questions in Norwegian along the way.
Preparations before the course
Make a pizza dough.
You will receive a recipe for pizza dough, a shopping list and a personal zoom invitation when the payment has been registered.
