Terms & Conditions for Online Courses

These are the conditions for purchasing an online course at Primatoscana AS.

Agreement

Registration for our online courses is binding. The course fee is non-refundable. If you are not able to participate in a live course you are registered for, we in most cases send the customer a recording of the course.

The agreement between buyer and seller consists of the information the seller provides about the purchase on our website (including information about the event’s time, place, content, price and conditions).

Buyer is the person purchasing a product or service.

Payment & Prices

Upon registration, Primatoscana sends an invoice. Upon payment, the customer also accepts our terms of purchase.

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK). Course activities are exempt from VAT. When registering, the customer must provide their email address. It is to this address that the customer will receive course material and a link to the course.

Technical prerequisites

The seller concludes that the buyer himself ensures that he has the necessary software, and tests in advance the platform the course is held on (such as Zoom, Teams, Skype). In advance of each course, you will be informed about which platform is relevant to use. The seller can not be held responsible for the buyer not succeeding in logging in or that the buyer experiences not being able to connect to the camera and / or audio. Most of our courses are live, but it will often be possible to see them as a recording. If the buyer experiences technical difficulties, we encourage you to contact Primatoscana via email and ask if the course can be seen as the recording.

Cancellation

There is a binding registration for our courses. Registered payment is considered a registration. When registering, course material and a link to a live broadcast are sent. When the buyer has received this, the purchase is delivered. It is possible to change course date if the course you are registered for also runs on other course dates.

Cancellation & Postponement

Primatoscana reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course due to reasons beyond Primatoscana’s control. In the event of cancellation, the course participants will receive a refund of the course fee. In the event of a postponement, the course participant will be offered participation at a later date or a refund of the course fee.

Conditions and use of the online course

The course applies to one participant and it is assumed that user access to the course portal is not shared with others. This agreement may not be transferred to another party. In our live cooking courses, a participant is a web address / computer. This means that more than one person (eg family members) can see / hear at the same time via the same URL / computer.

Copyright

Copyright in content belongs to Primatoscana AS. Participants / the buyer are not allowed to use course material for demonstrations or teaching under their own auspices. This is regulated in Act 1961-05-12 no. 02, Act on copyright to intellectual property, etc. (Copyright Act).

Information via e-mail

By registering for a course with us, the customer accepts that we can send out information via e-mail about the course you have signed up for. The customer will be asked if they want to receive our newsletter and the seller must then request that the customer accepts the EU GDPR rules.

Personal information

The person responsible for processing collected personal data is the seller. Unless the buyer agrees to something else, the seller may, in accordance with the Personal Data Act, only collect and store the personal data that is necessary for the seller to be able to carry out the obligations under the agreement.

The buyer’s personal information will only be disclosed to others if it is necessary for the seller to implement the agreement with the buyer, or in statutory cases.

Casa Mira is an absolutely lovely place with plenty of space and facilities in true Tuscan style. Very nice family who welcomed us and followed us up along the way if we needed help. They quickly arrived when we called, for example when the power went out a couple of times during our stay. Rubbish was emptied every day, and we came to a clean and tidy house on arrival.We were two families with a total of 8 children, for which the house was perfect. The only thing we would like was air conditioning in all bedrooms, only two bedrooms have this and it was very hot at night.Super location with a short stroll to the nearest local baker with fresh bread every morning, a lovely pizza place with takeaway, and a short drive to the nearest grocery store. Very good restaurant just down the street from the house. And a lively playground/meeting place two minutes away where families, young people, grandparents etc. met in the evenings with a small kiosk, tennis court, football pitch and playground. The kids had a great time here.We would love to come back to Casa Mira!!

The house exceeded our expectations, it was almost like a castle with a lovely location in central Tuscany, close to other great places. There were 12 of us, grandparents with children and grandchildren. The accommodation was top notch, and the property with its own pool was undisturbed. We stayed in Villa Torre in Iano.
