You don’t need a pasta machine!

Join in and learn how to make fresh pasta at home in your own kitchen. No previous knowledge is required and you do not need a pasta machine. Together with our experts directly from Lucca in Tuscany, you will learn how to make homemade ravioli with two different fillings. This is an exciting type of pasta that tastes really good when made from scratch.

In the spring of 2021, Primatoscana had 10 online live cooking courses from Tuscany together with Cooking in Tuscany. Together we had around 400 participants. The feedback has been so good that we are making a return autumn of 2022.

On November 13, we will be focusing on seasonal ingredients. Mauro and Tze’ela in Cooking in Tuscany always surprise with exciting flavor combinations. Gather the family in the kitchen and encourage friends and acquaintances to sign up and join the fun!

Direct from a genuine Italian kitchen

The course is broadcast live from the kitchen at the home of Mauro and Tze’ela, who live in Lucca. The cooking couple are known to many of Primatoscana’s customers as they are often hired as chefs for groups. In the last six months, they have had great success with live cooking courses directly from Italy. They have long experience and are passionate about Italian cuisine. They love a glass of wine and are at their best when cooking in company with others. They speak comprehensive good English.

Primatoscana will host the courses and can answer any questions in Norwegian along the way.

Preparations before the course

You will receive a shopping list over ingredients and a list of what equipment you will need. A Zoom invitation is also sent when the payment is registered.
