When only the best is good enough! Villa Sangiovese is an exclusive and very special villa for 12 + 1 guests. It is located on top of a small hilltop surrounded by ancient Tuscan cypress trees. From the property you have a great view. Stay in the countryside on an exclusive property in the beautiful Tuscan hills of the province of Florence. Montaione (7 km away) is the nearest village with small shops, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Less than an hours drive from cities such as Florence, Pisa and Siena. San Gimignano, Volterra and Certaldo are 20 minutes away.

The villa is spread over two floors and is beautifully decorated. 6 large bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. All bedrooms have double beds in queen size. Air conditioning and heating system. Large and comfortable living room, and dining room where it is possible to set a banqueting table for 20 people. Cozy and modern kitchen.

The property is picturesque with bushes, shrubs, flowerbeds and tiles. There is no lawn. Private parking available. The pool is 7m x 14m, with a depth from 1.2m to 2.5m. Jacuzzi depth 90cm. The pool is open during the period 01.05 – 01.10. In low season, the pool can be opened at an additional cost. The pool, tavern and garden are well lit at night. The villa is child friendly with large indoor floors that align with the terrace out to the pool. You have a good overview of the kids when they are playing. There is a local chef available who can come to the villa to prepare meals. Possibility also to order catering and shopping assistance e.g. shopping for breakfast the first day.

About Villa Sangiovese

The villa is 275 sqm and is spread over 2 floors. The villa has air conditioning and heating. There is a total space for 12 people + 1 child under 12 years in an extra bed in the dining room or 1 adult in an extra bed in the dining room. Each room has a hairdryer. Ground floor: living room – fireplace lounge, dining room with dining table. Guest bathroom. Kitchen. Second floor: Five double bedrooms with private bathroom (one with bath and hand shower) and one bedroom with two single beds, and bathroom with shower. Bedrooms: 6 bedrooms. Bathroom: 7. Kitchen: 6 gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher. Refrigerator, freezer washer and dryer. Dining room / living room: Two tables can be put together, and can accommodate up to 20 guests. Fireplace room with sofas.

Garden and Terrace. Swimming pool: 7m x 14m. Outdoors: Large and partially covered terrace with upholstered wrought-iron furniture. Terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Large French windows from the villa open onto the terrace. No lawns. Pool: 7m x 14m; shallow. Open 01.05 to 01.10. In case of good weather the pool can be opened earlier. In the low season it can be opened for an extra charge. The pool, terrace and garden are lit at night.

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Rental Saturday – Saturday in the period 29 / 5-18 / 9. In other periods 4 or 5 days.
Prices apply for confirmed bookings at least 45 days before the start of the stay.

Included in the price: bed linen and towels with weekly change, use of gas, water and electricity, pool towels, welcome pack, use of WIFI, TV, free use of washer and dryer (iron and ironing board), final cleaning, parking, staffed villa (gardener / maintenance / pool man) and maid service (2 hours Monday-Friday).
Included in the price is also the use of AC and any use of heating (from November to April).

A cot with sheets for children up to 2.5 years and a high chair is lent out free of charge (duvet and pillow items must be brought). If you need more beds / chairs, there is an additional price, ask!
Extra cot costs € 90.00 per piece / per week.
Extra high baby chair and tub to wash baby in costs € 25.00 per piece / per week.
Extra bed for an adult costs € 450.00 per piece / per week.
Extra bed for children up to 12 years costs € 350.00 per piece / per week.
It is only possible to insert 1 extra bed in the dining room. Max 12 + 1 people.
New set of clean towels / pool towels can be added on request (at an additional cost).
A security deposit of € 1,000.00 must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred. You can pay / keep this using Mastercard / Visa.
Prices do not include tourist tax. This must be paid on the spot. The tourist tax applies to all persons over the age of 14 and amounts to € 1.00 per day for up to 6 days.
A local chef is available and can come to prepare meals in the villa. Must be ordered. Also possibility to order catering and shopping assistance eg shopping for breakfast the first day (payable on site and must be ordered in advance).
Pets can only be brought in the low season (on request).

When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid.
The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.

Arrival time: Between 17.00-20.00.
If you do not have the opportunity to check in until after 20:00, a fee of € 50.00 must be paid for arrivals before 23:00 and € 100.00 for arrivals after 23:00.
Departure: By 08.00-10.00.
