Villa Bianca is a exclusive villa for family holidays or a group of friends. Situated on top of a hill near Montaione in Tuscany. The villa has AC and private pool, where parts of the pool have a whirlpool. Very good standard. Accommodates 6 people.

Villa Bianca is spread over one floor. Recently renovated with a mix of modern and traditional décor in old Tuscan style. Private and fenced property of 1000 sqm with 3 large lawns and beautiful flowers and trees. Perfect for family vacations or a group of friends. Built for access to all areas for disabled. Villa Bianca covers 90 sqm and has air conditioning and heating. Several sliding glass doors lead out to the garden and outdoor area. Large and flat outdoor area.

The living room, dining area and kitchen form one large room. The dining area has table space for 6 people. Well equipped kitchen: gas hob, toaster, coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The villa has WiFi and satellite TV. All three beautiful bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and sliding glass doors leading out to the garden. It is possible to request a cot. Spacious villa where there is good indoor floor space for children to play. The pool is right next to the villa. Easy to have full control of the children at all times.

Swimming pool and Jacuzzi

Child-friendly swimming pool with circular jacuzzi in separate area in the pool, steps to different levels. The pool (8x5m, depth 90cm – 1.0m) is open in the period 1 May – 1 October. The pool is not heated. If desired, and if the temperatures are good, the pool can be opened earlier than stated. This may be done at an additional cost. Plenty of sunbeds and parasols available. The pool, courtyard and garden are well lit in the evening. The sitting area in the garden has stunning views of all the valleys surrounding the hill on which the villa is located. Here you can enjoy delicious Tuscan food and wine in good company. The courtyard is paved with stones and surrounded by olive trees, flowers and large lawns. The backyard is decorated with comfortable furniture.

There is a local chef available who can come to the villa to prepare meals. Possibility also to order catering and shopping assistance e.g. shopping for breakfast the first day.

Rental car is strongly recommended.

Location

Montaione (7 km away) and Castelfiorentino (6 km away) are the nearest villages with small shops, banks, bars, restaurants and pizzerias etc. Hospitals: Castelfiorentino (6 km / 15min away) and Empoli (26 km away). Train station: Castelfiorentino 6 km / 15 min away. Airports: Florence and Pisa (less than 1 hour away). Andrea Bocelli’s annual concert – at the Teatro del Silenzio in Lajatico – is 40 km away. Riding school 6 km away. Tennis 6 km away. 18 Castelfalfi Golf Course – 15 km away.

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Rental Saturday – Saturday in the period 29 / 5-18 / 9.
Prices apply for confirmed bookings at least 45 days before the start of the stay.

Included in the price: bed linen and towels with weekly change, use of gas, water and electricity, pool towels, welcome pack, use of WIFI, TV, free use of washer and dryer (iron and ironing board), final cleaning, parking, staffed villa (gardener / maintenance / pool man) and maid service (1 hour Monday-Friday).
Included in the price is also the use of AC and any use of heating (from November to April).

A cot with linen for children up to 2.5 years and a high chair is lent out free of charge (duvet and pillow items must be brought). If you need more beds / chairs, there is an additional price, ask!
Extra cot costs € 90.00 per piece / per week.
Extra high chair and bath to wash baby in costs € 25.00 per piece / per week.
It is possible to request extra beds. Supplement for 7 people for children up to 12 years € 350 per week. Over 12 years (adult) € 450.00.
New set of clean towels / pool towels can be added on request (at an additional cost).
A security deposit of € 500.00 must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred. You can pay / keep this using Mastercard / Visa.
Prices do not include tourist tax. This must be paid at the villa. The tourist tax applies to all persons over the age of 14 and amounts to € 1.00 per day for up to 6 days.
A local chef is available and can come to prepare meals in the villa. Must be ordered. Also possibility to order catering and shopping assistance eg shopping for breakfast the first day (payable on site and must be ordered in advance).
Access to all areas for disabled.

When booking, 30% of the accommodation total must be paid.
The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.

Arrival time 17.00-20.00.
If you do not have the opportunity to check in until after 20:00, a fee of € 50.00 must be paid for arrivals before 23:00 and € 100.00 for arrivals after 23:00.
Departure 08.00-10.00.
