Olive farm near the Versilia coast

Piano di Conca is an affordable and pleasant olive farm near the Versilia coast. The farm is located on a hillside surrounded by olive trees, citrus trees, herbs and rose bushes overlooking the Mediterranean. Piano di Conca has 5 spacious apartments, and 4 of the apartments have AC. The property has been in the family for over 300 years, and consists of a stately villa, extra buildings with apartments and a chapel. The property is surrounded by olive groves. They produce extra virgin olive oil, which you can buy on site.

Apartments at Piano di Conca have a large swimming pool (approx. 4x12m, with a depth of 1.00-3.00m) and nice outdoor areas. By the pool is a covered tavern with a rectangular table and chairs, and a WC. The apartments do not have private patios, but in the garden and on the terrace by the pool there are several seating areas where you can enjoy meals outdoors. Swimming pool is open from 3 May and closes on 30 October. There are large and nice outdoor areas well suited for families with children.

In the nearest village (1.3 km) there is a large and modern playground with ball bins and several different types og play equipment. Well lit in the evening, and is a popular meeting place for children in the local community. On the property there is wireless network available. BBQ and laundry facilities are at guests’ disposal. Bicycles for loan.

Location

5 min (1.3 km) from Piano di Conca is a small village. Among other things, you can buy fresh baked goods for breakfast there. The place is a good starting point for exploring Lucca (35 min away), the Mediterranean (15 min away), Pisa (40 min away) and Florence (about 1 hour away). Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano is just over an hours drive.

Il Sogno (4 + 1)

53 sqm. The apartment is on the second floor. This is a cozy Tuscan apartment with brick walls and high ceiling with exposed beams. The apartment has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Welcoming kitchen and living room in an open solution. Large windows and views of the citrus garden. The apartment is air conditioned. It is possible to borrow a babycall.

Moon (6 + 1)

136 sqm. This is a spacious and cozy apartment. There are two double bedrooms and a third twin bedroom. The apartment has a high ceiling with visible beams that are in line with old Tuscan building customs. The apartment is stylish with a recently restored antique kitchen. From the window in the kitchen you have a view of the chapel on the property. The kitchen invites to meals prepared in the Tuscan way. The apartment has two nice bathrooms. Moon apartment does not have air conditioning, but is shaded and well ventilated. It is possible to borrow a babycall.

Astra (4 + 1)

70 sqm. Astra is light and airy. The apartment is located in a building next to the property’s villa, and close to the pool. It is located on the second floor and has its own entrance. The apartment has 2 bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, a kitchen / living room and a lovely tiled bathroom. From the large windows there are lovely views. Astra apartment is air conditioned. It is possible to borrow a babycall.

Alba (4 + 1)

114 sqm. This is a light and airy apartment. The apartment has a kitchen with dining area combined with a living room. One of the bedrooms has a double bed. The second has two separate beds. Alba has large windows with beautiful views. Alba apartment has two bathrooms. as well as air conditioning. It is possible to borrow a babycall.

Nuvola (4 + 1)

78 sqm. Located on the third floor and has great views of the hills and the sea. The apartment consists of one bedroom with double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. Furthermore, it has two bathrooms, a large living room, and a dining room with open kitchen. In keeping with Tuscan architecture, there are terracotta floors and exposed beams on the ceiling. The apartment has air conditioning. It is possible to borrow a babycall. It is usually rented Saturday-Saturday in high season. Nucvola apartment has the option to arrive and depart on any week days. Pisa is 30 minutes drive away.

The prices above are in Norwegian kroner and apply to weekly stays. Weekly rent only Saturday-Saturday in June, July and August.
AC / power is included in the price. Any heating is not included in the price, this is normally only required for rentals for the period before May or from the end of September.
Simple cleaning and final washing are carried out mon-fri. The price for final cleaning is € 100.00 and is payable on arrival.
Upon departure, the kitchen must be cleaned, the apartments tidy and with all rubbish and the like in bags. Upon departure, the owner takes a quick check over the apartment. A security deposit of € 200.00 must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred. (The owner can withhold part of the security deposit if she finds that the kitchen is untidy or that the apartment is otherwise unusually dirty).
€ 150.00 cash is paid extra on arrival if 7 (6 + 1) people are to stay in Luna or 5 (4 + 1) people in one of the other apartments.
When booking, 50% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before the stay.

Departure: By 10.00.
