Luxury for 20 people situated on one of Tuscany’s many beautiful hills. Close to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa. The villa has a total of 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, AC, large pool and beautiful outdoor areas. The villa is beautifully decorated in a refined and rustic style. Casa Celina is a perfect villa for families and groups of friends who want to holiday together, or mark a special event / anniversary. On the ground floor there are bedrooms and large living rooms. On the second floor there are three “apartments”. In Casa Celina you have plenty of space, even when the accommodation is full.
Both indoors and outdoors it is possible to sit together for meals. By the pool you have a unique, large and beautiful tavern with long tables and seating areas. Outdoors there is also a covered barbecue area where you can prepare food for large groups. The property is picturesque, with flowers, shrubs, lawns and tiles. By the pool there are plenty of sun loungers, deck chairs and parasols. Private parking space included. The pool measures 7.5 x 15 m, with a depth from 1.2-2.5 m and is open from 01.05 – 01.10. The pool is not heated. In low season, the pool can be opened at an additional cost. The pool, tavern and garden at Casa Celina are well lit at night.

Location
Casa Celina is situated in the countryside among the beautiful Tuscan hills of the province of Florence. Montaione (7 km away) is one of the nearest villages. Here you will find small shops, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. The area is known for good ingredients such as truffles, cheeses, hams and of course olive oils and wines. Andrea Bocelli’s annual concert – Teatro del Silenzio – Lajatico 40 km away. In 2015, the concert will be held on 2 August. Riding school 6 km. Tennis 6 km. 18 Castelfalfi Golf Course – 15 km away. The nearest shops, banks, restaurants and all other services are in Montaione 7 km, and Castelfiorentino 6 km. Hospital: Castelfiorentino 7 km, Empoli 26 km. Train station: Castelfiorentino 6 km. Airports: Florence and Pisa (less than 1 hour). Rental car is required.

Ground floor
3 double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom and AC. These are spacious bedrooms with separate exits to the pool, garden and lawn with olive grove. (No need to go through the main house). Space for everyone at the table in the dining room, large fireplace room, living / reading room with satellite TV / video and open fireplace. Well equipped kitchen (gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Separate laundry room with washing machine. (6 people)
Second floor
3 wings / apartments with a total of 6 double rooms. Each wing with its own entrance via external stairs (old Tuscan villas were built this way).
Northeast wing: Entrance hall, 2 double rooms with en suite bathrooms. AC in both rooms. (4 people).
Central wing with main suite: Covered balcony, large living room, dining room with small kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two single beds. Both rooms have their own bathroom. AC in both bedrooms. (4 people)
South wing: Overlooking pool. Balcony, living room with dining area and small kitchenette, small living / reading room, double bedroom with bathroom, bedroom with two separate beds and bathroom. AC in both bedrooms

Large double bedroom with AC and private bath. Open fireplace. Large double doors lead out onto private sun terrace with stairs to the pool.
