Villa Monsonaccio is a beautiful villa in Tuscany divided into four large apartments. Total capacity 26 people and the apartments are rented separately. Villa Monsonaccio is located in the middle of the vineyards in central Tuscany, 30 min from the airport in Pisa. The apartments at Villa Monsonaccio are modern, well equipped and they have AC. A bakery comes every morning to the apartments (in high season, with the exception of Sundays) with freshly baked goods.

The villa has one lovely large swimming pool (15 x 7.5 meters, with a depth of 1.20 – 2.60 meters) surrounded by a panoramic terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture. The pool at Villa Monsonaccio is open from 1 May to 30 September.

Villa Monsonaccio is owned by a larger vineyard. In total, the farm has 3 large villas with apartments. They produce wine and guests can visit the vineyard and the antique wine cellar. Upon request we can organize catering, cooking classes, wine tasting, Italian courses and sightseeing. Short walk to restaurants but not walking distance.

About the apartments at Villa Monsonaccio

Il Girasole (8)

170 sqm – 750 sqm garden – the house is spread over two floors where the first floor is on the ground level. Il Girasole is located as a small house in itself. Ground floor contains a spacious dining room with open fireplace, TV set, stereo hi-fi, telephone and fax, internet / ADSL, kitchen-living room with direct access to the garden. The ground floor has two bedrooms, a double room with direct access to the garden, a bedroom with two single beds and with direct access to the garden. The room has a bathroom with shower. Second floor has two double bedrooms, each with a bathroom with shower.

Il Melograno (6)

125 sqm. Il Melograno is on the ground floor. Includes living room, spacious dining room with TV set, stereo hi-fi, telephone and fax, internet / ADSL), kitchen. Furthermore, a WC, a bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms; a double room with bathroom with shower, a double room and a bedroom with two single beds. All rooms have direct access to the garden or terrace.
On request, this apartment can be connected to La Mimosa, and will then accommodate 14 people.

La Margherita (4)

85 sqm. La Margherita is on the second floor. Private exterior stairs in terracotta lead to the apartment which contains spacious dining room – living room (TV-sat, stereo hi-fi, telephone and fax, internet HSDL) with fireplace and kitchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a double bedroom with bathroom (shower) and a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom (shower).

La Mimosa (8)

170 sqm. La Mimosa is spread over two floors and the first floor is on ground level.
The ground floor contains spacious dining room, TV set, stereo hi-fi, telephone and fax, internet / ADSL), fireplace and direct access to the garden, large kitchen with small fireplace for grilling. Kitchen has direct access to the terrace. Second floor has 4 bedrooms. One bedroom with two single beds and en suite bathroom with massage bath) two double rooms with bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two single beds. On request, this apartment can be connected to Il Melograno and will then be able to accommodate a total of 14 people.

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Rental Saturday – Saturday. Ask for prices for shorter stays outside July and August.

Included in the price are water, gas, electricity, use of washer and dryer, weekly linen change for stays over a week and WIFI.

Pets allowed: € 5.00 per day.
Rental of pool towels: € 5.00 per week.

There are additional costs for final cleaning and bed linen and towels as follows:

AC and heating are included in the price.
Possibility to insert extra bed for a supplement of NOK 700.00 per week and
Cot + high chair € 16.00 per stay. Paid on site.
A security deposit of € 300.00 must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred.
When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid.
The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.

Arrival time: Between 16.00 – 18.30.
Departure: By 10.00.
