Modern and tastefully furnished villa with high standard. Villa Camomilla has a total of 8 en suite bedrooms, and can accommodate 16 + 5 guests. Here you live in beautiful rural surroundings. 30 min by car to the coast.

The villa has a large outdoor dining table, and barbecue area. The patio is perfect for evenings spent with friends. Maybe over a steak “Fiorentina” and a glass of red wine from Bolgheri. The perfect place for quiet days by the villa and in the pool (12x6m, depth 1.45m). The pool is open from May to October. Possibility to heat the pool in early spring and autumn. Can be opened at other times on request and weather permitting. The pool is closed in low season, can be opened at an additional cost. The villa is spread over two floors, where each floor has a kitchen and living rooms. The villa is therefore divided into two living units. The second floor has access to a beautiful scenic terrace. Here you have a short distance to Bolgheri, Casale Marittimo, Volterra and San Gimignano. Villa Camomilla has panoramic views of lush landscapes with cypresses and vineyards. Since the property is located on top of a hill in Bibbiona, on hot days you can enjoy a cool breeze. In the nearest villages you can buy delicious local ingredients, and prepare Tuscan meals in your own kitchen. The villa is air conditioned in all rooms. Free Wifi in the living area on the ground floor. There is limited internet access. Plenty of space outside for ball games and activities.

The place is centrally located in Tuscany, and by car you can easily reach the coast and sunny beaches. 30 minute drive takes you to the fine sandy beaches. The nearest beaches are Rosignano Solvay, the resort of Cecina Mare, Marina di Bibbona, Donoratico and the beautiful Rimigliano Park in the south of San Vincenzo. Piombino and Livorno are also nearby, where you can reach the island of Elba by ferry. Interesting cities you can reach on day trips: Florence, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Lucca and Arezzo, to name a few. The nearest village Guardistallo is 9 km away with several restaurants and some shops. The nearest restaurant and grocery shop is about 6 km. away.

Second floor: 4 double bedrooms with bathroom. 1 Kitchen. Living room with fireplace. 1 Living room with TV-SAT. 1 bathroom. Terrace with BBQ. Outdoors: terraces with sun protection. Pool. Parking space.

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays for 16 people.
Supplement for extra bed: € 140.00 per piece, per week. It is possible with 5 extra beds.
Included in the price is the weekly change of bed linen and towels.
Final cleaning is for a supplement in the price of € 380.00.00 per week for 16 + 5 people.

Power consumption corresponding to 600 kWt per week is included in the price for 16 + 5 people. In addition to this, € 0.50 per kWt is paid. A supplement for the use of air conditioning of € 0.50 per kWt (measured after use) is paid. All rooms in the villa are air conditioned.
One supplement is paid for gas for heating of € 6.00 per cubic meter (measured by use). Heating is normally only required for rentals for the period before May or from the end of September.
The swimming pool at Villa Camomilla can be heated on request. Heating of the pool must be requested in good time (no later than 2 weeks before arrival). Price for heating is € 6.00 / m3 (measured according to consumption). NB: it is not possible to use AC and pool heating at the same time. The swimming pool is closed in the periods 1 / 1-29 / 4 and 1 / 10-16 / 12 2017, can be opened for a supplement of € 300.00 per week.
There is an additional charge for extra linen change € 10.00 per person. One supplement is paid for extra change of towels € 5.00 per person. One supplement is paid for the rental of beach towels € 5.00 per person.
Daily cleaning can be arranged on request. When booking several weeks, you choose whether you want a midweek wash, and change of bed linen and towels at the same price as the final wash.
A free cot is added on request, for the next cot a supplement of € 50.00 per piece, per week. A free high chair is added on request, for the next high chair a supplement of € 30.00 per piece, per week.
There is a limited number of extra beds allowed in the villa, this varies from the number of people. Only 5 extra beds allowed for 16 + 5 people.
In cases of water shortage in the area, the owner may provide a limit on water consumption per week. If you use more than this limit, there will be an additional cost in these cases. Price 5.00 m3. A water consumption corresponding to a normal consumption during a holiday stay will be calculated. This is a procedure that is done to avoid unnecessary use of water during periods of water shortage.
A security deposit of € 900.00 must be paid on arrival for 16 + 5 people. The deposit can be paid in cash or by card. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred. The amount is payable in cash or by credit card on arrival.

When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.

Arrival time: Between 17:00 and 19:00. If you need to arrive after 19:00, it is important that an agreement is made in advance. You can not arrive later than 19:00 without making an appointment. If the flight is delayed, you must call as soon as possible and report late arrival. Upon arrival after 22:30, an agreement will be made to place the key. Formal check-in will take place the next day.
Departure: By 09.30 the day of departure.
