Villa Angelica is a exclusive Tuscan villa for 10 + 3 guests with AC, pool and jacuzzi. Located in a small charming village within walking distance to the grocery store and restaurant. The villa is centrally located in Tuscany with a short distance to famous cities such as Volterra and Pisa. The villa has 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three extra beds can be added. There is parking for 3 cars. The hostess serves hors d’oeuvres – cheeses, hams and other local products and various drinks at the welcome.
Villa Angelica is originally from the 19th century, and has been significantly restored and stands as a very modern and exclusive villa. Swimming pool is 12 m long, 4 m wide and 1.3 m deep. Roman steps lead down to the pool. Jacuzzi is located by the pool. The villas have a large terrace which is partially shaded by a pergola. Outdoors you’ll find elegant outdoor furniture, two dining tables and a BBQ area. From the terrace and the garden there is a wonderful view over green rolling hills.
The villa is beautifully decorated in a homely and inviting style. The rooms are large and have high ceilings.

The villa is about 300 sqm and has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Ground floor: Well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer. Lounge with dining table that seats 8 people and sofa. Dining room with table, seating for 6 people, fireplace and TV. Large double doors lead out to the garden. Library with sofa, two chairs and desk. Furthermore, the ground floor has a double room (two single beds that can be put together into a double bed) and a bathroom with shower.
Second floor: Four double rooms of which one room has a four-poster bed and in the other three bedrooms an extra bed can be inserted. Furthermore, there are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath.
Location
Nearest village is Fabbrica di Peccioli. There is a small grocery store, post office, café / bar, ATM, pharmacy and a restaurant. Nearby cities: Terricciola: 12km. Layer: 17km. Volterra 24 km. San Gimignano 35 km. The coast can be reached in 1 hour by car. Nearest airports: Pisa: 46km. Florence 78km. Bologna: 167km.

The prices quoted are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Prices include: Serving of finger food consisting of hams, cheeses and various drinks on arrival.
In addition, the prices include the use of water, gas and electricity, all use of linen, midweek washing, final cleaning, all use of AC.
Tourist tax is not included in the prices. The tax is 1-2 euros per day per person.
