Il Sogno is a place we believe fulfills most of what you dream of when you want to experience Tuscany. Stay at a beautiful farm in Chianti. Apartments suitable for 2 to 9 guests. Restaurant on site (open Wednesday-Sunday). Beautiful surroundings, fruit trees in the garden, fragrant lavender, red sunsets over the rolling Tuscan countryside and vines as far as the eye can see. Beautiful and inviting stone buildings

Child-friendly with playground / ball field / bocce court in the shade. The pool area (16 x 8 m, with a depth from 1.20 – 1.60 cm) has sun loungers, parasols and chairs. The pool is open from 3 May until 30 October. If desired, you can order breakfast which is eaten on the place’s delicious breakfast terrace: Bl.a. freshly squeezed juice, the best coffee you have been served and hot toast with fig jam. We promise you – it’s a great start to the day! Dinner at Il Sogno is served Wednesday-Sunday. Three-course menu. Children can eat 1-2 menu items. Already in the morning you can smell delicious scents from the kitchen at Il Sogno. There are no quick fixes here, and the pots simmer for ages so that you will be served a delicious Tuscan cena (dinner). Meals can be accompanied by the area’s delicious wines.

Location

Just a few km away from Il Sogno is the village of Castellina in Chianti. By the way, the Chianti road SR222 passes there. The road goes through a number of charming small towns and beautiful landscapes, and can be experienced by cycling, running, walks or by car. In Chianti, the vineyards are close together, and the distance to other exciting wine districts such as Montalcino and Montepulciano is not far either. The cities of Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra and Siena are popular and easy to reach with this place as a starting point. Every Wednesday, free wine tasting is held at Il Sogno. Ask the hosts for tips on other wineries to visit. Many of the apartments at Il Sogno have their own private garden. The apartments are decorated in a traditional Tuscan style, with high quality and standards. All apartments have a kitchen, microwave and TV. Several of the apartments have a fireplace. In the description of the apartment, reference is made to the sofa bed. These are usually in the living rooms. Wireless internet connection to own computer in common area. Nearest grocery store is in Castellina in Chianti. Distances: Pisa 138 km, Florence 32 km, Siena 28 km, San Gimignano 23 km, Castellina in Chianti 7 km.

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Weekly rentals only in June, July and August.

Included in the price are electricity, gas for stove, bed linen and towels.
Final cleaning costs € 30.00 or 35.00 or 40.00, depending on the size of the apartment.
For stays of less than 3 days, you must pay € 30.00 for washing. Paid locally.
Possibility of washing clothes for a fee.
Use of electricity for heating in the period 28 / 3-16 / 5 and 19 / 9-1 / 11 is included in the period. Use of electricity in other periods costs € 15.00 per day.
Cot and high chair are inserted free of charge.
The price for the complete dinner menu consisting of starter, main course and dessert is about € 28.00 per person (drinks not included). Breakfast costs about € 10.00 per person.
Free loan of off-road bikes.
Bath towels can be rented for € 6.00 per week.
Possibility to rent a Laptop for € 4.00 per hour. Wireless network in common room.
Change of bed linen and towels can be ordered on site for € 12.00 per person.
Prices do not include tourist tax. This must be paid on the spot. The tourist tax applies to all persons over the age of 14 and amounts to € 1.50 per day for up to 7 days.
A security deposit of € 150.00 in cash must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred.
When booking, a deposit must be paid.
The balance is paid on the spot (credit cards accepted).

Arrival time: Between 16.00-20.00. NOTE: If you arrive after 20:00 you may be encouraged to arrive the next day. A direct agreement must be made on arrival after 20:00.
Departure: By 10.00.
