Rarely beautiful house in a stunning location. Perfect for 5 people. Aircondition. The house is located in the countryside on a hillside a short drive from the charming medieval town of Lucca. From the pool and the garden there are wonderful views of olive groves and vines. The pool is 12 m long and 6 m wide. The depth is 125-155 cm. Around the pool there is a small terrace. The pool is open from 3 May to 30 October.

On this hillside are several of Lucca’s famous olive and vineyards, and it is a nice experience to visit these for a meal, tasting and shopping. Nearby are small picturesque places like pearls on a string, and by car you quickly reach a local baker and butcher. The house was new in the summer of 2011 and is very stylish. The house has two double bedrooms and a single room in addition to 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room with fireplace, a terrace and garden. In the garden there is a covered patio with table and chairs. The house is located on the property Villa San Pietro.

The property is strategically located to reach several exciting places in Tuscany. Lucca city center is just 12 km away from the property, and the beaches of Viareggio you can reach by car in about 35 min. Ryanair flies to Pisa which is 45 min away. It takes about 1 hour to drive to Florence. If you are looking for beautiful surroundings, and appreciate high standards and comfort, this is the place for you. Independent house of 140 square meters. Everything on one floor. The house has beautiful views over Lucca province, and to the nearest winery. The house consists of living room with fireplace and panoramic window. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, kettle, refrigerator and coffee maker. 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a jacuzzi tub. 1 single bedroom with separate bathroom with shower. Satellite TV. The garden has a covered gazebo where meals can be enjoyed outdoors. Air conditioning in all rooms.

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays.
Weekly rentals only in June, July and August. Ask about prices during the Christmas and New Year weekend.
Included in the price: WIFI, use of jacuzzi, safe in each apartment, bed linen and towels with weekly change, final cleaning, housekeeper Tuesdays and Thursdays, new towels Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Laundry room available with washing machine, iron and board.
A supplement is paid for AC electricity for heating, heating is normally only required for rent for the period before May or from the end of September. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room: € 0.15 per kwt.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner service can be arranged.

A security deposit of € 400.00 must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred. When booking, 50% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is payable 12 weeks before arrival.
