The vineyard has been completely renovated, and has the charming rustic style that characterizes similar buildings in Tuscany. It offers 12 apartments with space for 2 – 5 people. Minimum stay is 3 days.

Chianti has many famous vineyards. This is an area for those who love good food and wine, but also a lovely place to holiday for families with children. Lovely selection of everything from simple trattorias to exclusive restaurants with a star in the Michelin guide. The winefarm in Chianti measures over 200 hectares and is peacefully situated in beautiful landscape. The apartments are located in terraced terrain. Here you will find courtyards paved with cobblestones and cozy seating areas. The apartments have a shared lovely pool (6x10m, depth 1.40m) and terrace with BBQ area. The pool is open from late May to late September. The property is beautifully planted and smells of herbs, roses and lavender. In the evenings, guests can socialize and enjoy a good bottle of Chianti in the wine bar, or catch up on the latest TV news in the lounge. Hot, fresh bread and croissants can be bought every morning and enjoyed in your own apartment, or you can order a buffet breakfast. A chef can be organized who prepares delicious Tuscan food. Vineyards that offer accommodation are called agriturismo in Italy. Agriturismo is a perfect form of accommodation in Tuscany. It’s exciting to see the farmers’ work with the grapes. The hosts will proudly tell you about the process of growing and storing wine, and guests can enjoy products from the farm. At the end of September you can experience the harvesting of the grapes. This winefarm in Chianti is centrally located 50 minutes from Florence, 25 minutes from Siena and only 5 minutes from Castellina in Chianti. Pisa Airport: 138 km (1 hour and 45 minutes). Cozy apartment for two people: double bedroom, bathroom with shower and kitchen / living room with fireplace. The apartment has a west-facing balcony and an east-facing patio with table and chair. The apartment is located on the second floor and has beautiful views.

Oca – Civetta – Tartuca (2)

Comfortable and nice apartments with views of olive groves and vines. Contains double bedroom, bathroom with bath, living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartments have their own small private patio with table and chairs, and are located on the second floor. To reach the patio you have to walk around the building as the patio is at the back of the house. Civetta has a sofa bed.

Giraffe – Lupa (2)

Apartment with upgraded standard: a double bedroom, bathroom with bath, large living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Lupa offers spectacular views of the surrounding vineyards, while Giraffa has its own private terrace. The apartments are located on the second floor. The giraffe has a sofa bed and can be connected to the Pantera, 8 people. Lupa has a sofa bed.

Montone – Selva – Torre (2)

Apartments with the highest standard. Large double bedroom, bathroom with tub, large living room with fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Stunning views of the surrounding vineyards. Montone and Selva have their own private garden at the entrance, with table and chairs. Torre has its own small table and chairs in front of the entrance. Torre is a characteristic apartment and is located in a tower with great views. Entrance from the ground floor. Montone and Selva are located on the ground floor. Torre and Selva have a sofa bed.

Pantera – Leocorno (4)

The apartments have two double bedrooms with bathroom, one with bath, and one with shower. The apartments also have a living room with a fireplace, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Both apartments have their private patio. To reach the patio of Leocorno you have to walk around the building as the patio is at the back of the house. Pantera has a patio by the front door. Optional: extra bed on request. The apartments are located on the second floor. The giraffe has a sofa bed and can be connected to the Pantera, 8 people.

Aquila (4)

The apartment has been upgraded to a higher standard. Two large double bedrooms with bathroom, one with bath, and one with shower. Large living room with beautiful fireplace, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Stunning views of the surrounding vineyards. The apartment has a cozy terrace with dining table and chairs. It is possible to insert an extra bed.

The prices above are in euros and apply per day. Minimum stay is 3 nights in the periods 29 / 3-3 / 4 and 26 / 5-29 / 9. Otherwise a minimum of 2 nights.

Prices include light, water, final cleaning, towels, bed linen and gas for cooking.
Prices do not include tourist tax. This must be paid on the spot. The tourist tax applies to all persons over the age of 13 and amounts to € 1.50 per day for up to 6 days.
A supplement is paid for electricity for heating, this is normally only necessary for rent for the period before May or from the end of September. Paid on departure.
Extra bed is available for € 40.00 per person per day. Applies to beds in parentheses. € 30 for children.
Cot rental € 10.00 per day.
Breakfast, personal chef, or fresh baked goods on request at extra cost.
The kitchen must be delivered cleaned on departure. Messy kitchen will be charged with € 35.00.
When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid.
The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.

Arrival time: Between 15:00 and 18:30. If you arrive outside these times, this must be agreed in advance.
Departure: Between 09.30 and 10.00.
