Villa Vorno is located in a small village on a hillside outside Lucca. Here you can holiday in a popular area of ​​Italy. The villa was completely renovated in 2016 and is beautiful and inviting. The villa is decorated in a modern Tuscan style.

The owner lives on site

The owner lives on the ground floor of the villa. The owner’s entrance hall and garden are located on the opposite side of the holiday home. The holiday home Villa Vorno comprises the second and third floors. You have a garden and pool area to yourself. The owner’s presence is more like an inhouse tourist information for anyone who wants advice and tips.

Pool, garden and terrace

By the pool (12×6 meters, with a depth of 140 cm) there are plenty of sun loungers. There is also a covered seating area there. The pool is open 30 May – 30 September. The garden is well kept with lawn, trees, shrubs and potted plants. There are several nice areas in the garden where one can relax in the shade. On the third floor of the house you will find a beautiful terrace overlooking the lush valley. Private parking. Barbecue / pizza oven available.

Note

The stairs indoors are not very suitable for people with disabilities.

Distances

Lucca (7 km), Pisa (20 km), Florence (1 hour), Cinque Terre (1 hour), Siena (1 hour go 30 minutes). Nearest restaurant, pizzeria is located in the local village of Vorno (about 400 meters away from the villa).

About the Villa:

The house has a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa has facilities such as washing machine, WIFI, AC, hairdryers, satellite TV and stereo.

Second floor:

From the private front door you go up to the second floor. Elegant room with piano. TV. 3 bedrooms with double bed. 1 bedroom with two single beds. 2 bathrooms with shower.

Third floor:

A few steps up from the second floor is a large living room with fireplace, dining table, sitting areas and a modern kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher) with access to the terrace. The terrace is large with an elaborate parasol and canvas over the seating and dining area, long table and chairs. The terrace is a meeting point and is perfect for al fresco dining! There are beautiful views from here over the valley. The last bedroom is located on the third floor, has a double bed and an attached bathroom with shower.

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Only rented Saturday-Saturday in high season.

Included in the price: bed linen and towels changed weekly, final cleaning, power consumption / AC for up to € 150 per week (consumption beyond this is settled in cash on departure), use of WIFI and “maid service” on Wednesdays (guests booking two weeks consecutive get extra cleaning included on Saturday in the middle of the period).
If you rent outside the summer period, there is a cost for possible heating.
Possibility of extra beds on request (for children aged 6-9 months). € 30.00 per week / per piece.
A security deposit of € 500.00 must be paid on arrival. The money is returned on departure in full if no significant damage has occurred.
Extra “maid service” costs € 18.00 per hour.
Can be arranged for a chef to prepare meals upon request in advance.
